Outstanding Support from Hannah
I have had several issues concerning my property this year, and Hannah has been exceptional throughout every interaction. She is responsive, proactive, and incredibly effective at getting things resolved quickly. What I have appreciated most is her clear communication, her willingness to take ownership of problems, and the genuine care she shows for the people she supports.

This is the worst company I have ever…
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. 3 weeks for a roofer to sort a leaking roof (they adopt a 'fire and forget' approach and had made an error when passing on my number). More than 6 weeks to pay an invoice and had to be constantly chased: imagine that in reverse. They are wholly focused on profit: customer service is not a term they seem to be familiar with. And they have my contact details so the reply is bogus. Appalling.

Credit where it's due. I reported a leak in a water pipe in a communal bin store, Newton responded promptly and the leak was attended to by a contractor in less than three hours.

I had some queries about charges and monthly payments so I got in touch with Newton's finance department and received help from Robert Gilfillan who was fantastic.

I raised an issue with my flat through the standard mailbox, not initially answered sadly however when I escalated it through a direct contact Sandra then contacted me,she dealt with this in a friendly and efficient way. Someone came out the next day and fixed the issue, had my issues with newton before but can’t complain on this occasion
