Very thorough and knowledgeable, give the guy a call, speak to him and you’ll see your in good hand, buying a property is a big purchase and often snagging reports are missed of and done under pressure of time. Ryans report is meticulous and he picked out over 215 issues on something that looked acceptable to me. I felt relaxed with Ryan in my home , he’s happy to explain thing and even advised on new home care which is critical. All in all 10/10 service. I might just call him back at the end of the 2 year warranty period for a once over. Money well spent.
