Be advised that this company is not responding to support request. I ordered a wallet and key chain worth 100 $ almost 6 weeks ago and never received the delivery. I received a response on my first mail but after that no more further reaction. After 3 unresponsive mails to the support I don’t think I will receive wether the products neither my money.

I bought a carbon fiber wallet from nimalist. The wallet was nice at first but when the screws holding it together started falling out and the wallet came apart, I followed nimalist's instructions for filing a warranty claim (email). All my EMAILS WERE IGNORED.

If you purchase an item from this company and decide to return it forget it. They advertise easy return but they in fact will not respond when contacted.

garbage products - not real leather and horrible ship times with fake from addresses. DO NOT BUY

Photos on site show the airtag in the wallet, so I assumed it was included. Leather wallet has stretched in first three weeks and cards in the center fall out with little effort. Absolutely no response from the company after many attempts. Return time-frame will pass soon.

Complete scam.

This is a fake website with amazing design but the product they send you is nothing like what is described on their website. Ordered a leather wallet from them is it was a piece of plastic that arrived from China. They don't respond to any emails because of which you cannot even return the product. I have since been working with Amazon Pay to get a return, refund and even Amazon is struggling to get my money refunded. Nimalist simply replies that they will refund but don't really do it. And buy themselves another couple of weeks. Their strategy is to wear you out until you finally give up asking for your money back.

I was too late for checking this website before ordering so when I ordered and read the reviews I felt so bad.. I received the item in a timely manner for the item coming from China. It was of so poor quality that I literally decided to remove all the outer material and just use the metal insert (which of $2 on AliExpress quality too btw). I can't believe I fell for their crap, this is just insulting for my self esteem. After reading the reviews here I didn't even bother to message them, they won't reply anyway. This is my very first review here so you may understand how pissed I am.

Nimalist worst company, I ordered one wallet they took money of two wallet, i sent them many emails and massages but no reply. On there website they saying will reply in 3 business day, but no one reply, be very careful when you order from them. They charged my card £99.6 wallets are cheap quality, sacam sacam I wish i had seen there reviews

what a scam....they did send the wallet but its such a peiece of "crap" material.

I emailed them 4 times....NO RESPONSE.

Tried to contact support several times to see about returning the product. Crickets. Horrible scam.

I ordered a wallet and two air tags. The order took almost a month to arrive, and I later discovered it had been shipped from Hong Kong, to a forwarder in the US and then to me. When the order arrived, the wallet was there, but the air tag that came with it was filled with a styrofoam insert, and the second one was not included. There was a Thank You card, but no instructions on how to contact the company. I reached out via email to their support, never heard back. Disputed the transaction with my credit card company. They were unable to resolve with Nimalist and gave me a credit for the purchase. Clearly a scam operation.

Terrible products. Scam prices. Does not respond to customers or honor return policy. I have been ghosted by them and the wallet was returned. No refund. If the company says these reviews are fraudulent, do not believe them, Trustpilot. They are likely drop shipping plastic wallets from another country. I have receipts for my return and purchase. What I don't have is my money back.

Received this product after seeing the Facebook ad, read up about it and it’s “genuine leather” and “more storage” but instead received a cheap faux leather wallet. Seems like this is likely a drop shipping company via Ali express as the quality and size is not far from what you would find on there for $4. Very disappointing, even though it was on sale it still set me back $65.

Went to submit a review on their product page of which the store can choose to decline.

No response from customer service as the wallet was missing the airtag. I see that others have had the identical experience without any resolution. Really wish I had checked before ordering. Company is a complete SCAM!!

Attempting to reach company to return the wallet my wife got me for father's day. The only method is via email, which they state they will reply to in 3 days. I've left three emails over three weeks. Seems reasonable. Now it's time to call them out for their obvious disregard for anything that wouldn't be in their best interest.

This is what I get when I reply to a Facebook targeted ad and buy what I thought would be a high quality, thinner wallet. NOPE. low quality, heavy, and smells like cheap materials. comes in a flimsy box with a cheaper looking made in china sticker slapped on. You could at least try a little harder for the $90 I spent on this piece of crap (sorry to insult the fecal matter). Oh yeah, don't even try to email the company cause they never reply to anything. STAY AWAYYYYYYYYY

Scam company , sends bad quality products and doesnt repond to any messege or email .

Deduct that single star. This company deserves a zero rating. Absolutely o customer service, no customer support and their claim of "no hassle returns" is fake.
Buy elsewhere. Stah away from Nimalist

Horrible company!
Bought a wallet from these clowns. Terrible quality, not real leather as confirmed by reputable leather tanners, drop shipped from China. Bulky wallet, not slim at all. Slider is awful. Just stay away from them. Will not refund your money, will essentially ignore you. Money back guarantee was written on toilet tissue, flushed away.
