Never ever again.
Shipping was ok, but no one is answering emails or messages for how to send back order.

I'm disputing this purchase with my bank, wallet was wrong size, nothing close to what I was expecting for $49 dollars. I tried reaching support to return the wallet the next day, but there's NO way to contact this scam of a company. Tried calling, messaging, e-mail, you name it, their set up this way so you can't return the product, I was disappointed that I found them on the NYT website. NOT GOOD.

THIS REVIEW REFERS TO NIMALIST STORE - WALLETS (not SimplyBare Clothes, of whom I have no experience).

This company advertise what seem to be quality products, at 'luxury' prices. They appear to offer good after sales services and return/refund policies. These are all fake. The products are of very poor quality, not fit for purpose. They have failed to respond to both online contact forms and email requests for information about return processes. I URGE YOU NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Te cobran más de 45€ por una cartera de cuero (que supuestamente vale 100€) y te llega un trozo de plástico malo, que no debe de costar más de 1€ fabricar y no se acerca ni un poco a lo descrito en la web. Vas a devolver y te das cuenta de que no hay ninguna forma de hacerlo. No contestan a los correos, después de 3 intentos no he recibido nada. Básicamente te estafan vendiéndote una basura de producto a precio de lujo para quedarse con tu dinero e ignorar todos tus mensajes de devolución. Evitad por favor, no cometáis el mismo error que yo. Todavía no sé como no me di cuenta antes.-

Terrible company and products. The quality is less than a dollar store and they have no communication.

There is no support or ability to return the product. They will lie to your credit card company and they should be out of business by now but you can't even leave a google review.

Horrible company, crappy product then completely ghosts you when you want to return. Run from this fake company they are thieves and should be shut down!!!

The quality is simply terrible. Don’t do it.

Corrupt business practices.
The wallet is cheaply built. There are better built wallets of the same type.
They will not respond to customer support emails. They refuse to respond.
I reported them to Better Business bureau. They didn’t respond to the BBB.
Corrupt business.
They will not help you with a return, with an exchange, or with warranty.
Stay clear!

Total ripoff!

Bought two wallets, and one of them fell apart after 3 weeks. I have sent four requests to customer service, but no answer.

I can see that I'm not the only one with this experience.

This is scam, dont order anything from this company!!!

Awful fraudsters.. paid $76 Aussy for a ‘leather wallet’ that ripped apart in 6 months and the company had the gall to block my comment and message on Facebook. What a rip off!

Wallet ripped within 5 weeks of purchase. No response to communication.
Do not buy.

I am extremely disappointed with the product received as opposed to the one advertised on the web site.
Points at issue:
• The leather is nothing like what is imaged on the website. It almost appears to be suede rather than premium (shiny) leather and is certainly no Royal Navy. (see pictures attached)
• It looks like is has already been used with various markings on the suede. Not what I except straight out the box new!
• The colour is a grey/blue and nothing like Royal Navy
• The wallet I received appears to be for left hand operation (of the slide function) on the website it appears as a
right operation (for the slide function) which is what I expected
• Although minor there is no instruction on how to use the slide function
• When you say Express Australia Post Delivery that is not 3 weeks delivery time. Express Post in Aust is 1 to 2 business days. There appears to be three postage labels on the packaging perhaps why it has taken 3 weeks to deliver
Finally I have e-mailed twice for a refund with absolutely no reply whatsoever and when searching on the net this is a common complaint about refunds from this company (which never happen)

The first order for my husband was fine with no issues but this order has defects. I attempted to contact the company to report the issues back on 08/03/22 and they have ignored my email. Ultimately, I wouldn't recommend this company since they aren't responsive and are unwilling to address things like this.

The issues with the newer wallet are (1) the AirTag holder is defective and doesn't lay flush with the wallet, (2) the 2nd credit card slot places that card directly behind the first, making it difficult to remove, and (3) the color was way off from what was presented online. I understand

I confirmed this is a scam company. They have very cheap material and unable to contact anyone there. I have to dispute through my credit card

Misleading information on their website. I purchased a AirTag wallet from them. The AirTag was not included in the product when it arrived. I emailed the company and was told that the AirTag is not included in the product. The web page to purchase the wallet does not indicate this whatsoever. The company states that on their FAQ page on their website it indicates the AirTag is not included in their product. Who reads the FAQ page when they are just looking at the product page to make a purchase. They will not return my emails and are deleting questions and comments from their Facebook page. Do your research on this company before making a purchase.

A beautiful website with lots of promises, but no physical, nor postal address.

Obviously a scam preying on naive online victims.

A pity that Google ads are spreading this.
