They claim to be made of premium leather, they aren’t! False advertising at its best, wallet started to look crap after a few weeks. Do not buy from these con artists!!

My first wallet broke when I tried to unbutton it to install the air tag. return department never responded and like an idiot I ordered another one because I already had the air tag. The second wallet literally fell apart after a month of use. The "leather" is TRASH. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Wallet broke on the ID seam, there's no actual contact info for them. it say's to click on the icon to chat. you literally can't type anything. It's a scam don't buy from them. WARRANTY DOESN'T EXIST. 0 integrity

They won’t respond to returns. Had to get my credit card company involved and provide evidence that these people are scumbags. Avoid at all costs and save your time and money. I was lucky to get my money back.

Their customer service doesn't exist. My Airtag wallet came apart at the seam where your ID goes. I have tried a few times to figure out how to contact them. I tried the number from my AMEX bill and the number is disconnected. A few emails were sent and I get no reply. Plain and simple they suck, their wallets look nice but cheaply made. I only had this wallet since mid-September of 2022. Nimalist doesn't stand behind their products. Zero warranty, zero customer service, how is this company still in business. Stay away from this company. Why did they change their name to Simple Bare Clothing on here. Hmmmm that’s strange??!!!

Exactly like everyone has said!! Wish I found this page before purchasing!! My Airtag wallet arrived ripped and like everyone... NO communication whatsoever!! So yep... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!!!

Bought their "most popular wallet" with the "lifetime guarantee" seven months ago, it arrived late but the screws started falling out soon thereafter and a whole side of "carbon fiber" came off a month ago. Contacted and recontacted them and rerecontacted them... utter silence. Do not order from them or their new web shop Normist.

Bought a wallet for my friend’s christmas gift. The shipping time once shipped became twice as long as it predicted when I checked out so bought a different gift. After a month, still without the wallet, I checked the tracking and it said “Failed to Deliver, return to warehouse”. I emailed customer service to which they didn’t respond. Emailed again a few weeks later and they offered a replacement but I explained I didn’t need one, just a refund. After sending over 5 emails in 2 months, I never received another response. No wallet, no refund, needed to file a dispute with my bank. Scam 100%.

NIMALIST - changed the company name above. Terrible they are allowed to do that. Be careful they are a scam but also they have numerous similar template websites that sell similar trash. Terrible service and only respond to credit cards to dispute their nonexistent customer service.

A COMPLETE SCAM - NORMEST / NIMALIST
This company is a complete scam. 2-3 week shipping, no returns, zero communication. I emailed five times over a month requesting a return of their junk products. All after they claim "no hassle returns" on their site. If you want your money back after being scammed, you're going to have to attempt a credit card chargeback, and the 3-4 months of that process. This company has now changed their name from "Nimalist" to "Normest" because of bad reviews. Fly by night. Shipping origin is a fulfillment warehouse in Dallas, but the company has done everything it can to hide who is behind the company and any contact info. You WILL lose your money. RUN AWAY.

I have attempted to request a refund and a RMA to return my product for over 6 weeks now.

To date, I have received NO COMMUNICATION from anyone at this website.

I have opened a complaint via PayPal, and have received no resolution from the website to date.

Your refund and return process is broken or non-existent.

Do not do business with this company or its afflliates.

Poor quality products.
They claim premium leader wallets but are made of fake leather. The wallet I received does not block RFID (Wireless-Theft Protection).
The Airtag Keychain is not made of premium 3K liquid Carbon fibre.

Nimalist is a scam company. wallet broke in less than 6 months and they are not answering any of the emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Total scam company. Wallet fell apart within weeks, no response to any emails or support.

AVOID

My husband and I each purchased a wallet from this site. Luckily he was happy enough with his but the one I ordered was not going to work for me so I requested a return well within the promised 45 day no hassle return period. There have been no acknowledgements to any of my requests for return. Their "return process" is having you sending them an email that they do not reply to.

For some reason the fact that payment could be made via Amazon Pay made their site seem more legit so I also tried to initiate a return through Amazon Pay which was another dead end.

Ultimately I filed a dispute with my credit card company but have seen reviews suggesting they have a pattern of lying to credit card companies. I believe their scam goes something like this: you request a return, they refused to respond to that request, you contact your credit card company to dispute and they simply tell the credit card company you never returned the item. With my dispute I included screen captures of the emails I sent them so hopefully they will not be able to claw back the charge.

Finally I attempted to leave a review on their site. I gave it two stars saying my husband liked his but I have been unable to return mine. (At this point I was giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe something wasn't working with their email account - I hoped they would see the review and respond to me to make things right). I'm guess I'm not surprised that the review never showed up despite the review process supposedly being unbiased and managed through a third party. Another lie.
