What I ordered is what I got

I contacted the company via email and they assured me I would receive the correct order. Since I had previously lost money returning wrong items from other vendors, I was very satisfied when my order arrived correctly.

Worst company to ever purchase items…

Worst company to ever purchase items for. I purchased some tea which were extremely expensive but I was in the UK for a short time and decided to buy a few. I was told my order would an arrive between 17th and 20th of March. It didn’t arrive and no communication was received in that regard. My tea arrived on the 27th luckily I was leaving the UK on 28th. Upon opening the package I saw only half of my order. I quickly contacted the company to let them know and find out why I had received a part of my purchase. I was told the other order was out of stock, again it didn’t say that on their website and I didn’t receive that information. I have been going back and forth with this company to refund the money of the part that wasn’t delivered. One Alex has just been telling me about vouchers and discounts code until the get the issue resolved. I have told him countless of times I don’t need a voucher, I need my money back. Also I have left the UK. Items haven’t been delivered I need a refund. I feel this is a very dodgy and can’t be trusted. Stay away from them. I’ve had to report the issue to my bank.

VERY POOR customer service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

When purchasing the order started having loads or junk calls and emails and my card was blocked. Messaged into cancel the order and get absolutely nowhere they just keep cutting me off and won’t send a confirmation email. But just keep ending the messaging abruptly VERY POOR customer service! I can’t see me getting a refund - complete scam!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, THEY’RE AWFUL YOU WON’T GET ANYWHERE!!!

Appalling service and misleading order tracking

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. I placed an order on 17 February, which took 32 days to arrive—well beyond their stated 7-14 day timeline.

To make matters worse, their system falsely claimed the order was 'Complete' on 9 March, nearly two weeks before it actually arrived. This lack of transparency caused significant professional embarrassment as the item was for my manager.

Despite explaining this, their customer support continues to send automated, redundant questions like 'is there an issue?', showing a complete disregard for the customer's time and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Avoid this company if you value clear communication and honest delivery estimates. Truly incompetent.

I’m really pleased with the service…

I’m really pleased with the service I’ve received from NL. It was my first time shopping here So I was sceptical, especially because the products I was buying was quite expensive. However they showed their reliability by updating me with tracking and my products came from the US in good condition.

Avoid - Partial order, months of delays, still no refund.

I ordered a product from NineLife UK in early December. At the end of December, only a small part of the order arrived.

After chasing customer service for over a week, I was told the item was out of stock and offered a replacement that would take nearly two months to dispatch. After waiting, I then found out the replacement was also out of stock. They offered a completely different product instead.

I refused and asked for a refund. Despite confirming they would process it, they continued trying to offer alternatives. I had to request the refund three times before they finally said it would be issued within 3-5 days. I still haven’t received it.

Poor communication, inaccurate stock information, and an unnecessarily difficult refund process. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Just to warn people that the price of…

Just to warn people that the price of honey on the website is outrageous. I was looking for Scottish honey that is out of stock at my local Waitrose where it sells for £8.20. On this website it costs £57.30 I contacted them because I thought it was an error but they assured me that is the price.

Appear to be fraudulent

Appear to be fraudulent. Placed an order, after they took payment they said they dont actually stock the product, i then asked for a refund obviously. They then kept offering to send a totally different product, with a completely different use. I kept saying i want a refund. Then they started offering vouchers. I said i want a refund, then they said my money will be woth me in 3 to 5 days. That was 2 wweks ago. They are now not responding. FYI the conpany is based in india amd three women with the same name so possibly sisters run it. They are on linked in. To the other people who have given one star reviews i recommend a public note to the directors there. Edit: only after posting this review and commenting on linked in did i receive a refund. Im now being emailed by the company asking me to remove/change my review/rating of the company
