C'est une Arnaque. J'ai bien reçu la paire. Celle ci était trop grande.
Je la renvoie , paye 20€ pour le retour je ne suis toujours pas remboursé. Depuis le 30 juillet dernier.

Ils répondent à peine aux mails.

The shoes are great, I really love them. I already have a couple of pairs, but the customer service is terrible. I pre orderd a pair in may and till this day (September) I still don’t have them and I’m never getting a real answer of my mails, no information when the shoes will be shipped or when they will be in stock over all. No communication at all…

The Court Faded Green (Breathable) looks amazing and is very comfortable, but the build quality is unacceptable.

After only 10 days, the outsole rubber started separating from the mesh. During that time, I only wore them from my apartment to the car, drove to work, walked up one floor to my office, and then changed into slippers.

After a 3-day trip to London, the side stitching also came apart.

Great design and comfort, but for this price, the durability is criminally bad.

Absolut null Kundenservice. Support ist inexistent. Mir wurde das falsche Produkt zugeschickt. Es ist niemand erreichbar, man man bekommt absolut keine Rückmeldung. Nach mehreren Wochen habe ich die Schuhe einfach zurückgeschickt. Mein Geld habe ich nie zurückerhalten. Vielleicht ist das ihre Masche. Auf jeden Fall fernbleiben von diesem Unternehmen!

Order two pairs of trainers. Nowhere did it say i had to pay tax to the UK government.

Second to that, the trainers weigh an absolute ton. Not something I want to wear. Quality is average at best.

I returned them, and it's been 5 weeks and still no refund, despite several emails to them.

The stitching holding the sole together came undone within two months; as I liked the style, I bought another pair, but the same thing happened. For the price, stitching that doesn’t hold up is very disappointing. This aspect needs to be improved.

This company is a fraud. I ordered a product, I did not fit well. I returned the item according to all the instructions to UPS. The system shows I handed it in, but it seems the package got lost somewhere. They are now telling ME to chase UPS and ignoring my e-mails. Shame.

After my order (order 8620), I returned the item. They notified me that they received it on January 23, and I still haven’t received any refund despite sending 5 emails to infoatnorth-89.com.
Any help ?

Stay away from this shop. Products seem high end, but are actually highly overpriced low quality crap. Very fragile fabric, I had material letting loose within 1 day of wearing. Emailed customer service three times, they never replied.

The business accepted my order last July, and the product has never shipped. Most of my emails to them go unanswered, and when finally i do get an answer from Gustaf, he says he will respond shortly then goes dark. I have asked my bank to charge back the charge as after 8 months waiting I am over it

I placed my order in November and received the wrong shoes in January. I only received the return label after sending several emails shortly before the deadline. The responses were always very friendly, but at the end of the day, that didn't help me. I'm still waiting for the credit note and will go with the payment provider to finally finish the case.

Har flera skor från north89 och är alltid så nöjd över hur bekväma de är. Stilarna talar för sig själv, men de är alltid väldigt sköna att ha på och har sällan haft problem med en "inbrytnings period" där man får skoskav osv.

I ordered some shoes. They arrived perfectly, unfortunately not my size. I asked for a refund and payed the very high return fee they ask for. It now has been over two months since this and I am yet to receive any news of my money. I have sent them emails multiple times but no conclusion to the issue
