Excellent product! Have used for years! But you need to package better for shipping!
I use this hearth & stove cleaner every day to dampen a paper towel with it and dip it in fine ash from my wood burning fireplace to clean the ceramic glass on the doors. Vcombination works perfectly! Sometimes if buildup is light I don't need the addition of ash. I gave 4 stars because it wasn't packaged well enough and arrived with a slight leak in the shipping box due to a broken seal. There was insufficient packaging material to hold the jugs in place so they wouldn't roll around in the too big of a box. This caused the screw cap to come off and the seal to break. Fortunately very little leaked out so did not need to be reimbursed. You need to package better so gallon jugs are secure.

Took quite a long time to get the product (mosquito electronic trap), and now that it's been working for a few weeks, I realize what a mistake I made buying it. Doesn't work nearly as well as a smaller cheaper model and that one only works soso. Would not recommend
