Started ordering beginning of July. Have had nothing but great service and great product. Will continue to keep buying from them.

Five of my friends ordered from this lab at the beginning of the year in 2026. It worked for them. By the time I ordered mine, which was July 28th, 2026 one of my friends relayed, “it’s not working for me or I have to up my dosage.” I contacted Northline on August 10th, 2026. They responded with this email TEN days later:

Hi there,

A quick update on your message — it's still under review, and we wanted you to know it hasn't been forgotten.

Requests like yours are the kind we deliberately don't automate: a member of our team reads the full conversation and handles it personally, because getting it right matters more to us than getting it fast. Yours is in that queue now.

You don't need to do anything — we just didn't want the quiet to read as being ignored. If anything about your situation has changed in the meantime, feel free to reply and it will be included in the review.

Did they not contradict themselves when saying “we just didn’t want the quiet to read as being ignored…” rhetorical. Ten days is a long time for a customer service rep or even AI (as others have mentioned) to respond.

I have disputed this case with my financial institution. I am still waiting for the conclusion of the dispute.

Fast forward to today, August 29th, 2026. Northline is offering to resend the package at no charge (laugh out loud) or let them know I want a refund and will honor it “that” day.

How…if employees at Northline do not communicate with you, days on end?

I almost withdrew the dispute until the dim lightbulb popped into my head; they will not get back to me at my earliest convenience which is this upcoming business day, Monday.

I work for a medical laboratory by the way. I did not go out of my way to find out if this was a 503B laboratory. Shame on me for that slip-up.

Side Note: a lot of laboratories are in high demand for Reta…a lot of them are now cutting it (like yayo) and the potency levels are not up to par.

Looks like I’ll have to wait for my dispute, because I know this “lab” won’t be checking my email anytime soon.

At this point, caloric deficit, cutting portions into less than half, cutting out sugar, carbs, dairy, lifting weights, walking on a high incline or just walking, and eating super clean beats getting scammed by people selling short cuts and peptide dreams.

These products have worked really well for me. Especially the NAD. Probably the best brand Ive bought from. Glad i found them.

I hade a great experience with NorthLine. The shipping was quick, and everything arrived in great shape, really good packaging. The products have been solid so far and customer service was very responsive. I would order from them again!

I've had a great experience with them so far and I've placed a few orders. One of the more reputable brands I've bough from.

First time using this company, I did a lot of research and trusted the reviews. Placed my order, was charged and sent an order confirmation with a shipping #. Product has yet to ship, only a label has been created. I have sent 4 emails to the company (that is the only contact method they have), ZERO response. $320 for NOTHING. Will be disputing the charge with my bank. They tout quick response and shipping all over their website and all of their SM ads. Beginning to think they are just scammers with a ton of fake reviews. Buyer beware.

One order, everything was great. Third order? Nothing but trouble. Ordered on the 20th before 2pm cst. Got an email saying it shipped, FedEx still hasn’t received package. Have sent 3 messages (2 on the website, 1 replying to the order confirmation email) and haven’t received anything back.

Edit: they were able to get back to me today, and were transparent and worked to make things right. Though there was frustration with it all, i respect how they handled things and took responsibility while still working to make things better. Their product is good, works well.

My doctor said keep doing what I'm doing and that its working well. Everything has been a very positive experience, I will be back.

I ordered my first shipment a month ago and have reached out multiple to try to get ahold of ANYONE with no response. All of the safety caps on the vials ripped the metal crimping that seals the vials. Poor manufacturing. This makes the product no longer vacuum sealed and unsanitary. This is a very concerning issue. The fact that I’ve written them on their website as well as through email and have not gotten a response is incredibly frustrating. I purchased a large order and want it either replaced or refunded- the vials are unusable.

Received late but ended up getting it

I've ordered peptides from a few different brands, Northline's are by far the best. Website was easy and got my order in only a few days!

Unfortunately, I think the product is fake. The growing number of negative reviews is suggesting the company either paid for the earlier positives or has changed the quality of the product. Either way, the product is not 100% pure Reta. It’s been 2 months, I’m down 0 lbs, same with the hubs. The previous lab I purchased from had me down 10lbs and hubs 25lbs in the same timeframe. Do your research, find a reputable company and spend the extra money.

I got the Reta and bac water from them. I’ve been on Reta before with a different company and it was legit, but I stopped and decided to try this brand because it was cheaper. Do NOT buy from them!! The reviews are all fake. They steal peoples videos to promote themselves. I bought a 20 mg vile and took it for a month straight, and nothing and I mean nothing has changed. They’re selling fakes!! Which is very dangerous.

My package never arrived, but I was able to quickly get a resolution within minutes, and got a confirmation that I had a new one on the way. Best customer service I've ever experienced.

Recently bought the NAD+! I have been doing a lot of research in the industry and couldn't have been happier with this company! Quick delivery, great customer service.

A couple of friends put me on to Northline. It's only been a few weeks, but I'm happy with the results so far. Will order from them again.

Placed a order on 8/12 was to be delivered 8/15 it's lost by ups made several attempts to contact them with no response seems.How I am not the shipper so ups won't really help my only recourse at this point is to hope my credit card company will dispute.\nBased on the tracking information in all the screenshots of the messages , i've been sending him with no response beware

Fast shipping. Fast reply from customer service when I had a issue and they went above and beyond to fix it

Been with Northline for some time now. Shipping and quality are always on par with my expectations. NAD+, Reta, Wolverine, and Klow have worked as expected. I changed NAD+ suppliers when I found a more simple process through Northline. I see people posting bad reviews but I really wonder if that's user error.
My only gripe is that as the peptide scene has blown up, customer service has become a little impersonal but they do get back to me within a day or two.
