After a few orders one of the packages was lost and customer service completely ghosted me. After 12 days of not receiving my 2 day package I was forced to file my own claim with UPS because customer service never responded to my emails.

So let me tell u about my experience. First off the most important. The product works very well. I feel like im getting the best quality product money can buy. Second the price. With their buy one get one half off and other promos northline really gets cheap. I have found a few others that are cheaper but i just dont trust them like i trust northline. Third the shipping was so fast i couldnt believe it. I ordered and had my product within 2 days! Unbelievable! I havent had to use customer service yet because everything went so smoothly but i have shared emails with them and that went great as well. If you are looking for the best i would look no further. Thank you Northline Labs for changing my life

scammers!!! their product is "not for human or veterinary use."...which i discovered upon receipt. They advertise a liquid, send a powder, with no instructions, dosages, etc. how can this be legal? also, no ability to call them...total scammers. also, wired i cant find them on google to leave a google review...suspicious!!

The quality of their peptides are ALWAYS top tier. Shipping is fast and I have never experienced any complications.

I had an issue on my first order but completely my fault as I had entered an incorrect email address. I reached out to customer service and the email address was corrected and I was able to track my order which I received in a timely manner.
I am on my 3rd order from Northline and am pleased with the results I am receiving!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, this experience warrants one.
I placed an order that was lost in transit. I contacted customer service and was told to wait 12 business days, which I did. After that time passed, I reached out again and was told the issue would be escalated and they would make it right.
It has now been several weeks, and I have received no resolution or follow-up. I have replied to the customer service emails multiple times asking for a status update and have received no response.
Ironically, the only communication I received was this survey—which I initially opened thinking it was Northline Labs finally following up to resolve my missing order.
Considering the amount of money I spent, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect either my order to be replaced or my money refunded. I gave the company plenty of time and opportunities to resolve this before leaving a negative review. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing.

The products and services are top tier. Had an issue with bac water it was handled immediately and I was sent replacement vials plus an extra.

I recently started ordering from Northline after years of ordering research products from a company that's no longer in business (Peptide Warehouse). My first order with them was missing one of the peptides I ordered and they resolved it quickly and with no issues.
