Bought this face mask and was super…

Bought this face mask and was super excited. Put it on and it's so uncomfortable that I couldn't use it. It sat on the bridge of my nose and seriously hurt. I contact nova light and they wouldn't supply a refund but offered me a 35% discount which I had to accept. Sadly to this day I have not received this refund as promised by this company despite contacting them several times. Thisbis over a period of 2 months. Just silence. So i have no alternative but to give this company a one star which is something I rarely do. Sad really as

Less than one star

Less than one star. This product is very uncomfortable to wear. Because of this I did not use or fully unpack. It offers dangerous 'electrodes' to the face.
It hangs sideways because of the heavy cable. No battery charge, needs to be mains plugged in to use.
There is not return address. I made a threat to report to the BBC consumer programme, they responded. After many bounce back emails and no contact. They want a photograph of the unopened box. And asked which product I purchased. Is there more than one? My first contact with them was 21st November 2024. they replied to me 3rd March 2025. Do not buy.

No customer service - they block you!

Despite their reply below I have heard nothing. I have replied again since they edited their message - and STILL nothing.

I bought this for a friend whose husband also bought her one. I emailed asking if I could return it - unopened. Despite their apparent returns policy it was a no. I emailed a response. Bounced back. I found contact details on their web site - bounced back - I have been blocked! I asked them on Facebook - no response. I have been nothing but polite and asking for help but they simply block me. No customer service and no returns policy - beware

Took me a while to get into a routine…

Took me a while to get into a routine as it's so uncomfortable to wear. I had to research how to use it as no instructions but I have high hopes as does make my skin feel good.

This actually changed my routine

I used to rotate through different serums and treatments, constantly looking for the next thing that might work. Since using this, I’ve stopped feeling the need to chase after new products all the time. My skin has stabilized, breakouts are rare, and my complexion just looks healthier overall.

Poorly made, uncomfortable - will not let you return BEWARE

The item is not great, feels cheap and very uncomfortable to wear - I would look into others. This company will not let you return the item once purchased. Steer well clear.

**The company responded and told me to get in touch and then ignored my emails.

Déçu

Déçu! Produit cheap pour le prix et inconfortable à l’utilisation. Conditions de retour et de remboursements très compliquées. En plus il est arrivé dans un emballage, tout cassé tout déchiré. Avec la sangle d’attache cassée. Je pense même que c’était un retour de quelqu’un qui m’a été envoyé…. Je ne recommande pas c’est une perte d’argent.

Very poor experience

I purchased the item. It arrived in a battered box and requested a refund. I’m given the run around and no way to contact or respond to one person. Appalling customer service. When you buy an expensive product there is a cooling off period which they don’t appear to understand. The item delivered in this case was below expectations and not used yet they are being evasive, unhelpful and it feels like I am being ripped off.

Scam, product is faulty, no customer service, asked for refund and all emails bounce back. Do not buy this. It arrived in a cheap plastic box, all the five star reviews are fake!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY - received faulty mask, sent video as requested. Still waiting for a refund 5 weeks. Emails get rejected so hard to get hold of anyone and when they do decide to message back it’s just a load of nonsense! £170 wasted absolute joke

This mask is so easy to use

This mask is so easy to use, even for beginners like me. I didn’t know much about red light therapy before purchasing, but I saw great reviews and decided to try it.
