Appalling customer service

Contacted the company a number of times for a refund, I ordered 2 in error and wanted to return one. After several emails I was asked for a photo of the delivery, wjlhich I sent, and heard nothing back. A couple more emails were sent to them with no reply.

Uncomfortable, couldn't refund

Mask was very uncomfortable. I don't think it does anything. I contacted for a refund but never heard back. Seems like a scam.

The mask is very light

The mask is very light, and I can watch TV while it’s working. I’ve tried many products, but the NOVALIGHT mask has become my favourite.

Do not buy from these.

Do not buy from these.

I wanted to return the product because it was cheap plastic and didn’t meet my expectations compared to similar products which my friends had.

As another review states, after endless emails was offered a discount. I refused and returned it to the address provided at a cost of £27.

I sent further emails to the email provided - these were returned. Thankfully I paid in my credit card so contacted my bank.

Three weeks later the mask was returned to sender due to unknown address.

I didn't exactly have a great…

I didn't exactly have a great experience, as only part of my order was delivered. However the part that was delivered, was the reason I bought it in the first place . My wife is 59 she has always looked after her skin. She looks less than 40. She's beautiful in every sense. But she says the novalite face mask is the best skin care product she's ever used. And believe me she's bought hundreds of items. So even though my purchase experience wasn't the best thier product was. And at the end of the day. The product, produced what it claims. Unlike many ,many other well-known products. Ps. The products that didn't arrive. Novalite refunded. With no quibbles.

Regenmask experience

I have used the Regenmask for three months 3 x a week and have definitely seen an improvement in my skin. I no longer need botox for forehead frown lines as regularly, it’s now 6 months and I have not needed it.
Friends and family comment how good my skin looks although I am not as convinced yet. I am pleased I look brighter for a few hours after I use it. My one criticism is the mask isn’t comfortable and leaves dents in my forehead where the screws are. This needs to be addressed as it isn’t pretty or comfortable and quite sore after. Hence reason for 4 stars and not 5.
I do recommend to friends for the results but warn them it’s a little uncomfortable
I will continue to use and feedback at a later date

Sehr zuvorkommender Kundenservice

Ich hatte die Novalight LED-Maske bestellt. Nach einer schnellen Lieferung, ging nach wenigen Benutzungen während einer Anwendung der Adapter kaputt.

Der Mail-Austausch mit dem Support-Team war sehr kundenfreundlich. Ich habe unverzüglich eine Ersatzmaske zugeschickt bekommen.

Bei dieser Novalight-Maske läuft alles reibungslos, die Anwendungen sind sehr wohltuend und entspannend.

Die LED-Gesichtsmaske habe ich seit Juli 2024 in meine Hautpflege integriert.

Item feels like it’s electrocuting my…

Item feels like it’s electrocuting my face. I’ve contacted them to send it back as it’s faulty, but I have to ship to a island next to Madagascar which costs £170, they offered me a 40% refund which I accepted but now I can’t contact them as all emails bounce back

I would rate no star if I could

I would rate no star if I could. Purchased as ssw Facebook advert with link it Glamour magazine uk I think it was and so read that or what I thought was a legitimate webpage. There was also comments off people saying theirs had arrived and it was great etc. A few days after placing order the Fb advert and associated articles were no longer accessible and I then looked at the websites such as Good Housekeeping and other UK reputable ones that the company feature on their webpage. Surprise surprise no articles so for me it’s a scam. Tried to cancel, was unable to and it arrived. On opening the box the safety label is missing from the plug, there are no goggles, plastic around eyes on mask, the mask wasn’t covered as in appears used or another returns product. I would not dare try to plug it in as not safe and where or how are the company able to say it has NASA technology. I’m still trying to return for full refund and it’s not in my opinion a safe nor legitimate product. I would be terrified it would set on fire or damage my skin/eyes if I used it! Please please do not buy!!

They are crook people

They are crook people , they have only email to contact them and it takes a week to get a reply.
I did t receive the device and It’s been more than a month and I’m still waiting for refund but so far no refund.

SCAM!

SCAM!! Do not buy! I purchased after seeing an ad on social media. After doing my research this mask is not clinically proven to be effective. I have returned the mask at a further cost of £18.00 and have received NO refund 3 months later! Totally unacceptable.

Where do the get the good reviews,

I mad e an order and then, as soon as the order was made , realised I could not use the product as I have Sytemic Lupus and the light therapy can be seriously dangerous to my health. I wrote immediately explaining an continued around 4 times and all I got was the item is being processed. Eventually 5 days later telling me the item is on its way.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Please do not buy your product from here. Read about the person behind this on the internet it is beyond disgraceful . I realised after buying the product that I had made a big mistake. They never answer emails and the emails I try to use say there is no domain name. I finally got through to someone who told me to send the product back to the Island of Reunion . That is not what was explained on the policy for returns and I doubt that I would ever get money back. They would also have to give me information regarding the ongoing who they are which I know they would not be prepared to do. I note someone was offered 50 percent of their money back but it never arrived.
I feel deceived and there is little I can do .

I placed an order without first doing…

I placed an order without first doing my research. This “company” places ads on Instagram and TikTok to lure people into making purchases. I emailed them the same day that I placed the order requesting to cancel before dispatch. They never respond. The next day my order is dispatched and they respond to my email saying that my order is no longer eligible for cancellation since it’s on its way. Shaking my head as I realise they are either stupid or playing games with me. I quickly realised this is looking fishier and fishier by the day. I’ve now sent them 8 emails requesting for return instructions and a refund and they have gone silent. They are literally ignoring me so they don’t have to refund me. This is not a legitimate business! They operate out of China and are selling cheap plastic products for 20x the actual price! Do not buy from them! Someone needs to shut them down. I have already reported their website as fraudulent and will continue to report them until they are dissolved. All the 5 star reviews are fake and I plan to report this to TrustPilot who should be doing a better job at catching these. I know I won’t see my money back ever based on what I see from other people’s experiences. I just wish I had done the research on them before purchasing. I will never make the same mistake again, lesson learned. Again, beware! This is a fraudulent group of low-life people selling cheap plastic products out of China!

Nobody monitors the email address…

Nobody monitors the email address printed on the box. Nobody replies to thr info@email used in the transaction confirmation. And nobody has replied to my request to return on the website that was a bit too hard to find. Websites aren’t working either. I’d be very very cautious ordering.

Awful product and experience

Awful product and experience - mask is faulty - have sent numerous emails to no avail over the last 5 weeks, asking for refund/return. Do not recommend!

I would give them 0 stars if possible.

Awful company! Product was defective so needed to be sent back. You need to ask for a return form over email, but once I confirmed I wanted to return, after 3 emails of them asking me to keep it, they took so long to reply. The return needs to be done to an address in La Reunion, and you cover shipping. It was so hard and expensive to ship to a random island, when I bought a product from a company called "Novalight UK" and this information is not own their website. They offered me 50% refund and keep the defective product, which was cheaper than sending it back anyway. It's been nearly a month and not refund in sight or reply from them. over 2 months since purchase, just awful.

100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
