I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this product. It is poorly made, and the quality does not match the description. The product ships from China, which was not clearly disclosed, and the customer service has been non-existent—I have sent multiple emails and have yet to receive a response. Overall, I am deeply unsatisfied and cannot recommend this product.

No customer service

I have emailed this company numerous time to try and return this mask and never get any response.
Do not buy from them customer service is non existent

Scam!!!!! Avoid.

Ordered a mask. Got a tracking email which when you click the link sends you to random websites.

Didn’t receive a confirmation number for my order so now unable to track anything at all.

Tried to email and bounced back so not sure what to do next. Ordered 3 weeks ago and received nothing.

This is a scam!!!

Received this in a very bad way

Received this in a very bad way, box damaged, mask not working.
All the email addresses for this company do not work.
I raised a dispute with PayPal to be told I had to return it to an address in Reunion an Island in the Indian ocean.
Cost would be over £30.
Even the email address I got from PayPal just returns mails.

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!! The mask is same as one on Ali express for £13.99 - do not buy. If you have and have paid by credit card contact you provider and they will help with a credit dispute. They try and offer 30% then 70% refund but keep trying. To message them do it via their website message system and screen shot.

Poor Customer Service

My Novalight product was delivered in just a white plastic bag. The product box had no other protective packaging or bubble wrap around it. During transit, the box has been badly damaged like it had been squashed underneath something heavy (see pictures). As this was meant to be a gift, I contacted customer services to say it’s not been delivered in an acceptable state.

Customer service refused to offer a refund (even though I was still within my 30day return period). I’ve had no further responses on my return request and overall had a very poor customer service experience on what should have been a quick and simple exchange. I’ll have no option but to initiate a charge-back through my credit card.

Avoid this company, the basic expectations of adequate packaging and good problem resolution are severely lacking.

Terrible product, terrible customer service - DO NOT BUY

Terrible product, painful to use, a total scam. Please don’t waste your money, book a facial instead! I tried to return it as soon as I realised it was a solid plastic mask (everything still in packaging) and all my emails bounced back. So I tried thinking, I may as well see if I can get any benefits now I’m stuck with it. No benefits, painful and expensive. DO NOT BUY

I was so excited to try out this new…

I was so excited to try out this new product only to feel like the metal pins were electrocuting my skin and left me with temporary burn mark scars on my face after use, at the lowest setting.

Now I see that their return policy doesn’t allow returns or refunds if the packaging has been opened.

Please do not fall for the fake reviews on line that I did.

Do not waste your money on this product!!

I was skeptical

I’m a skincare junkie

I’m a skincare junkie, so I had to try this mask. It’s one of the best tools I’ve ever added to my routine. The results aren’t instant, but with patience, you’ll notice your skin transforming. Definitely worth it!

Honestly

I wasn’t used to it at first

I wasn’t used to it at first, and it felt a bit heavy on my face. But I kept using it, and after about four and a half months, I really started to see a noticeable difference in the firmness of my facial skin – it’s much more radiant and looks a lot younger now. It’s a real gem!

The wrinkles on my forehead were a real…

The wrinkles on my forehead were a real struggle. They started appearing a few months ago, and I didn’t pay much attention at first, but it became a real issue over time. When a friend recommended the Novalight mask, I jumped at the chance, and I absolutely don’t regret it. My skin is much firmer, especially on my forehead and cheeks, and I’m much less self-conscious now.
