I left a previous review about faulty boots ( after two pairs) I emailed the Head Office but a less than satisfactory reply from them, I had to call Doncaster to get a purchase date and spoke to Sophie who was so helpful once I told her what happened. I went into store today,served by Serena who gave excellent customer service. Super nice,polite and empathetic and most importantly, a great outcome for me. Thank you Serena!
Jasmine is really amazing at customer service ..
Hi ..I recently went to DFO south wharf to buy a footwear for myself .When i entered your store the lady Jasmine who was assisting other customer gave me a beautiful smile n i felt i was welcomed n i went to buy 1 thing since Jasmine was assisting me i ended up buying bags n footwear .Jasmine was really courteous n genuine ,I was really confused however she helped me to choose the best for me .She was really spontaneous. I have been into customer service industry for a long time n i can say she was really genuine n she really made my day with her best customer service skills .I think she should be rewarded. My daughter wore a Novo high block heels last night at her year 12 formal and each of them broke minutes after she got there, even before dancing! Aweful quality!! Don't buy!
Pretty shoes, Bad service
Well, it appears people are still hiring incompetent people to work in retail so I guess this series will just keep going......
Today in the firing line, Novo shoes, Eastland, Vic.
It's a good thing that they have pretty shoes otherwise I wouldn't even touch it with a ten foot pole let alone give them my money.
As I entered the store I was greeted by.... oh that's right, nothing. Not a hello, not a smile, not even a passing nod. Just a confirmation that this woman could not give a rats if I was in her store or not. Good to know.
It's also important to note, the entire store is probably the size of maybe a largish public bathroom and being quite a sizeable and distinct looking woman I'm sure she definitely saw me.
As I browsed, with no acknowledgement, it became apparent I was now the only customer in the store.
I approached the counter to ask for my shoes. I said, may I ask you for some sizes when you're ready?
She then continues for at least two minutes, WHILE IM STANDING THERE LOOKING AT HER, to put shoes back into boxes, and rearrange her counter.
Clearly.... she's never worked on commission and frankly couldn't give a rats if I bought something or not, and everyone that works in retail knows, if someone tells you "when you're ready" or "take your time" - they don't mean it, hurry tf up.
After the wait...
I then request a size 10 in the BRIGHT GREEN PUMPS. Her reply was, ..... wait what?
I literally had to lead her, to what was probably the MOST distinctive pair of shoes(dur) in the entire store.
When I asked for a size ten, she replied...... then don't come in tan.
Fdhfkgnvjihisysjfm!!!!! Look at this point I'm seriously fuming already. And this beauty school dropout has just suggested that I DONT want the best coloured shoes in the store? OMG, I'm so done.
This story could honestly go for like a novel, but it all comes to a head at me reciting my email to her when I went to buy something, and her not being able to spell LAURA, and my email apparently has 2 @ signs in it.... 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
I actually did end up purchasing from here, but those shoes sold themselves, not the sales assistant.
This is not the only occasion I have been ignored or given horrible service in this store either.
Do better Novo. Your shoes deserve it. THEY'RE SO PRETTY 👠
I wish I could do negative ratings
I wish I could do negative ratings. Been to Novo at ormiston Town centre (Auckland, New Zealand). We specifically went to novo but there was sign back shortly on break. We entered the centre around 3:30pm and stayed till 4:15pm but staff didn't come back to store. I personally think there should be at least 2 staff members so that one can have break and other can cover. It's not staff fault that she/he been away it's management issue who are unable to get enough staff

Rude staff in the Joondalup store Sunday afternoon at 4.20 pm couldnt be bothered finding my size was to much trouble for them to worried about counting the till and while i was being served by the other girl she left me and started vacuming Never again

Shoes are at least one size too large. I emailed customer service the morning after I placed my order as I heard off others on Facebook they were a large make. Customer service didn't get back to me for 3 days upon which they told me too bad my order had been packed that day. I can't return them as I live rural and return postage will cost more than the shoes are worth. I purchased a size 8 the shoes I received are at least a 9-9.5.
Ordered online for Ipanema sandals
Ordered online, for one pair of Ipanema sandals (hard to find cheap in NZ), competitive price and quick delivery, no problem with it.

Poor customer service.. Items missing when order online
I ordered via their online store... unfortunately not everything I ordered arrived...
The representative initially told me they maybe another package coming and to call Australia Post... after that they said everything was sent would investigate with Australia Post... finally they told me there's nothing they can do and to call Australia Post if I wanted to investigate since the packages may have been tampered with it definitely didn't look that way and the packages were full to brim....
I feel ripped off. There's no contact number for the online store and their responses are terribly slow
