A week from my payment and i did not get my item shipped your website said ship 48 hours after payment also emails was sent without answer yet

The lights themselves I really like. What I didn’t like, was when I ordered the 100 foot strip, I expected it to be one plug-in and it being 100 feet in one direction. But it was two 50’s together with one plug-in in the middle. And the way my house is built, and where my plug-ins are located, I needed it to be a straight 100 feet because we also wanted to install a 50 foot strip so we could go around 3 sides of the house. The don’t daisy chain together so each one is individual. You cannot hook two together. I do believe the app said that you can combine or merge the devices together so they would function as one when using the app, but I never got to that point. We returned both the 50 foot strip and the 100 foot strip which was a little costly. I went the cheapest route and it was $35 to ship both boxes back. But the company did refund our money. I did have to send them pictures of the box and all of the supplies inside and the lights so that they could determine if they could be resold. I’m really sad that they don’t hook together or that the way that they are designed doesn’t really work for my house because I liked the lights.

Overall good design. Need to make the power source outdoor ready or make the cord longer from the first light to allow it to be appropriately plugged into an indoor spot.

Delivery was quick. Easy to install and set up. App gives you so many color options. I wish it was a little more customizable but I'm happy with the preset options to choose from. I put these outside for Xmas but I will be using them year round for parties and holidays.

I have ordered Novostella floodlights on several occasions. The outdoor floodlights are durable to all weather conditions and work well with the smart life ap. I mostly have the blue tooth Blink version (with the hub) which allows me to control and sync many lights from a great distance. These are fantastic as they can do all colours and different whites. Lots of effects and colour schemes can be achieved with the lights. I am interested to see if the other newer lights (2nd generation that claim to be 63% brighter)have darker more vibrant colours than the older versions. I recently had an issue with a light and Novostella rectified the problem quickly. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

It’s been a week and I haven’t gotten an email about shipment or anything. You took my money 5 minutes after I ordered but no correspondence since then. I am not happy at all and would appreciate some communication and preferably my money back

Emails on tech support, company emails in a timely fashion. Waiting 3 + days for a response is to long. Other than that I love your product.

Appears to be a well made rope light. I haven’t had a chance to install on the job yet, but I tested it out and it works great! Fast shipping too.

I ordered lights last year for the first time. It took some time to get them but I wasn’t disappointed with the quality and functionality. This year I decided to order more and received them within 3 days! I placed a third order, got them in two days! Great quality, great service, and I love how I can control them all with my phone and let the timer take care of it for me in the app. I highly recommend these!

The LED lights I ordered are perfect and just what I needed for our backyard patio cover. There are more than enough colors and patterns for a party, or you can just go all white. The LED receiver is outside, and the remote is indoors, about fifteen feet away. It works perfectly without having to point the remote directly at the receiver. I also love the fact that you can dim the lights so you don't drive your neighbors crazy :-)

you need a extension cord for the control device so that another location can I put my strip light.
