Terrible organisation. I have had problems with this company several times now.

The first time, they sent me the wrong product and then refused to give me a replacement.
The second time I ordered a 5kg bag of Organic Cashews and they were not in good condition. There were a lot of nuts that were black.
The last order I placed they send me a tub of organic Peanut butter but it is rancid. The butter tastes off. After some back and forth over email, they have checked the batch and now are offering me a replacement tub with my "next order" but won't send me the replacement unless I order again. This is not a good company. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I have commented before on their page and they didn’t post my review.Didn’t answer my emails. The cocoa powder it is not good at all. Very weak flavour. The texture is coarse like a carob powder. I am thinking to take it to a lab and test it . Bought 5kg of it and it’s very bad quality .
I have bought previously from different brands organic and not and none was coarse /grainy . I can’t believe i got scammed by an website that claims to sell organic stuff.It’s the first time ordering from them and the last . I tried using it in buttercream, baked good same awful results . Tastes like a carob powder or some coloured powder and not chocolatey at all.

Everything I ordered is great quality, was well packed and delivered swiftly. I found the website clear, country of origin for example. I will definitely use this company again.

Everything was delivered on time and in good condition.
Chocolate brazil nuts and yogurt bananas are for a present and they look lovely!

Placed quite few big orders in the past without issues but recently my a/c was compromised by the company (they allowed a stranger access to my a/c to place an order), upon querying this they didn't seem to care, so i have requested to close my a/c down as they don't take security seriously & will take my business elsewhere.

I ordered 25kg bag of buckwheat as gluten free option for my breakfast as I have intolerance to it. Then I stared using it my daughter and I came across with small size stones which almost broke my tooth. I contacted company by email and phone few times explaining my findings, sending pictures the stones. The only thing company could offer me it’s an equivalent of few pounds off my next purchase which they offer anyway to any customer. Or instead of replacing with quality product they offered to buy a remainder if I returned at my own cost which would cost me an extra £11. Then I spoke with them, they saw nothing wrong in selling stones with buckwheat. It’s hard enough to be gluten intolerant and now I had to waste nearly £80 as I had to give that buckwheat to the chickens and order from a new supplier.

BAD QUALITY WITH NO RESPONSIBILITY ON QUALITY
Although the packing states best before in Aug 2024 the tastes of the nuts already turned bad when it was opened in Jan 2024. Email them for reply but never answer. VERY BAD SERVICE AND QUALITY IN PRODUCTS.

Very speedy delivery, ordered on Friday and arrived on Monday. Good customer service and e-mail response times are fast. I ordered date syrup and the quality is great, maybe a little bit thinner than I am used to but tastes amazing.

Keep up the good work and hope to buy from you again soon!

Edit - Have recently purchased something labelled as suitable for vegans and the ingredients list on the site was all vegan. The actual product contains eggs so I advise everyone to check the ingredients on bought items. Especially if you have allergies!

Edit - The new date syrup is even better and thicker than last time I bought it but the container is FAR worse. Last time we had a large container with a lid so it was easy to pour into smaller bottles. This time we received a bucket with a plastic bag inside full of syrup. The bag is covered in syrup inside and out. Its a complete mess and there is no easy way to fill smaller bottles. I have to stand there spooning it out bit by bit whilst getting date syrup over my hand and arm. I still have the large containers with lids from last time but there is no way to get the syrup from these thin plastic bags into the old containers either.

Edit - Ordered another 2 buckets of date syrup and was told they would arrive today with a useless time slot of 'Before 6PM'
Waited in all day and now they update the tracking with 'Will arrive tomorrow'
Stop using useless companies that can't give delivery slots and then can't even keep to the day they say they will deliver. Whats to stop this happening again tomorrow?
What do you expect me to do? Take the week off work every time I want to order from your website?
Absolutely useless 'service'.

I can not believe that they have messed up my order I have been a past customer as well, firstly they forgot to pack in paper bag when I specifically asked for it to be packed in paper bags. They did not have an issue last time there service has gone down. I can not recommended them now. I spoke to them & they said they would send an envelope to resend the packaging to them they did not do so, also impolite staff that I spoke to lied. Bad quality figs as well.

I’ve ordered from the at least five or six times. Products always as described, excellently packaged and always with next working day delivery. Cannot fault them.

Product not as described
I ordered vanilla pods and they stated 10-12 per pack. Once received there were only 6 in each pack.
I reported this problem to the company and they were not interested and dismissive
