I have a red light mat and bag and me and my family love them and use them all the time, helps use with a lot!
I received the red light mats and…
I received the red light mats and noticed that the cover was uncomfortable plastic and not silicone. I didn't even take it out of the bag but when I tried to return it I got the run around for more than a week with offer of a discount if I kept it and NO ACCESS TO RETURN INFORMATION even though the return period is very short. It cost me 100 dollars to return it and now I will see if I get a refund. It felt very scammy. I would never order from this company again.

I must admit when I realized that the customer service was not available via a telephone number I was concerned about the product support and policies. However thus far, whenever I have had a question or issue I have used the app and customer support chat and have been satisfied with the level of support and the response time and quality. It has exceeded my expectations. I have come to see that Nuvio does stand behind their product and are willing to work with customers to resolve issues and make sure we are happy. Ossy was our rep and was happy to help us with our concerns and with getting a resolution. thank you!

Very upset, please don’t get this product if you are not sure about it because you can’t return it after you open the box to check their product. This product is expensive to be a decoration in my house. I wouldn’t even give a 1 star if there’s any other choices. It’s below than 1 star for me. I’m just pissed that I can’t get any refund.

Comprehensive customer support
I had an unusual request where I needed to replace the unit due to a warranty issue. Charlie and the Support team were very responsive and tried to walk me through some potential solutions, including sending me a replacement pump and eventually helping me through the warranty process. Go with a different company
Go with a different company. When mine stopped working, customer service got back to me and then ghosted.
It’s cheaper than the other companies, because it’s a cheaper product and they will not fix anything wrong with it. I wish I would’ve just stuck with getting bags of ice. But that is what I’ve had to do since they refuse to fix a broken product.

Terrible Customer Service- Complete Scam of a Company
I ordered the red light therapy bag and when I opened it the zipper was not working...the eyes of the zipper were broken. When I contacted customer service requesting a refund and return they said since I opened the box I could not return the product since it was contaminated! I questioned how I was supposed to know the product was broken without opening the box and since I was not happy with the integrity of the product I no longer wanted it...in my opinion if the bag was falling apart before I even used it what would it be doing in 6 months... They have been absolutely awful to work with and the product is nothing like what they advertised.

Nuvio Recovery Overall Experience & Products: Cap, Mask & Mat
Firstly, the Customer Service is absolutely incredible. Timely, thorough, friendly and goes above and beyond. Onto product reviews. The cap isn't my favorite thing. It's too big even on the smallest option and slides all around. I have to be pretty stationary when I'm using it or it tends to slip all over the place. I know that results can take up to 6 months and I've only restarted the entire routine again on April 5th (it is now May 4th) after returning from a few weeks of vacation out of state. I haven't really noticed any results yet. As I said, I know there's a long way to go. I hope it will be worth it. Feeling a little discouraged with the whole 'a bit too big of a hat on the smallest setting' at the moment, but I'm dedicated and will follow up in about 5 more months. I also don't like how long it takes to charge. It's a good solid over half a day and it sometimes doesn't want to turn on ... like the buttons aren't hitting whatever inside the device the need to hit to activate. I sometime struggle with it for a little while just to get it to turn on. Not sure if the size and inconvenience of a long charging time and the stubborn on / off button will outweigh results yet so the jury is out. That's what I've got so far though. I'm using this 4 times a week for 20 minutes on the highest setting. Onward to the mask. It's an easy 10 minutes of your time, fits snugly and charges in a reasonable time. There is noticeably less sag around the sides of my mouth. That was my most major area of notice, and it went right to work on that - right away, it seems. As for skin tone evening out - I guess so. No super big changes yet. I was using this for a good, consistent while before my vacation break so there's that to consider. Overall, pleased with the mask and think it's doing what it's meant to do so far. My research shows about 14 consistent weeks of use, so I'll check back in a few months with more. I'm using this 4 times a week for 10 minutes on the highest setting. Now, the mat. The mat is pretty good. Results are as they are meant to be, I would say and I noticed them right after the first use. I got the bag where you can zip the two mats together and wouldn't have it any other way. 20 minutes, 4 times a week for a few more months. A few drawbacks include the fact that I am over 5'10" and my feet stick out of the bottom of it, sadly, and the cut out for the chest area is too low for what I want to have. Would love for it to go up to my chin and cover my neck, up to my ears. Alas. My skin is softer and stays more hydrated overall including body and face with these products. Some places on my skin have smoothed out and in regard to muscle recovery and wound healing there isn't anything better I've experienced (except for my sauna blanket in regard to recovery). On the wound healing. When I bruise it can take up to 3-4 weeks to disappear. Had a pretty gnarly one after vacation and in less than a week it was gone after a about 3 times in the mat. It was, for me, miraculous. Small cuts are barely there after a few sessions. I still rate them a 4 since I'm still on my journey and so far, its been mixed results and issues, but I'm giving it a full chance and will update again when I hit the timeline marks. I'm seeing progress despite a few hiccups and the customer service has been really good and worth mentioning. The price I think is really good and competitive with similar things out on the market right now as far as I can tell from what I was researching before I bought these and which share the same specifications. I hope this helps someone out there in making a decision. The mat and face mask are working for skin, muscle recovery and healing. I should also mention, my yoga sessions took a big leap in flexibility after I started using the mat immediately and sitting at my job in an office chair most of the day and then having been stiff when I would get up no longer exists. My joints and body feel more fluid and at ease.

TERRIBLE customer service
TERRIBLE customer service. You cannot reach a human being. 24/7 customer support is only a perky AI named Julie.
Its been TWO WEEKS & still the light therapy bag has NOT SHIPPED. I've reached out to customer service, but only get AI customer support. I've reached out almost daily for past few days with ZERO response.
This was purchased to help with chemotherapy issues. cannot comment on product quality, since they refuse to send it or offer an explanation for the delay, or give a refund.
