Recently my pump stopped working

Recently my pump stopped working, I emailed service team. Charlie gave me a quick instructions where to look at and I fixed it.

Disappointed

When I placed my order, it said it would be delivered in 3-7days. It actually took weeks and by the time I got it, I had already moved. The company was slow to return emails and I had to pay the additional shipping cost to get the product to where I was living. **NO one has gotten back to me about crediting the extra shipping fee. 5/6/26

Very disappointed with Nuvio’s red…

Very disappointed with Nuvio’s red light products. The red light hat is poorly designed—it is extremely oversized (roughly 2 inches too large) yet very shallow, so unless I hold my head perfectly still, it won’t stay on. I have an average-sized head, so sizing is clearly off.

The face mask also did not function properly, and the overall quality of the red light bag was disappointing and felt cheaply made.

My biggest warning to buyers is the return policy: you are not able to reasonably inspect the product quality without opening it, but once opened, it may be considered ‘opened/seal broken,’ creating return issues. Buyers should understand that risk before purchasing. I would not buy from this company again.”

I bought my nuvio chiller in September…

I bought my nuvio chiller in September of 2025, I had a crack in the tank and I took the cover off and took a video of what was happening. I emailed it to their customer support team and they diagnosed the problem, then they sent me a replacement chiller at no cost! I have been telling everyone how easy and helpful they have been. Nuvio for life for me moving forward!

I purchased the red light therapy bag…

I purchased the red light therapy bag with a free face mask. I’ve been using the face mask for about a two weeks now and the bag for about a week and can see improvement in the skin on my face. I also have experienced some pain relief as I suffer with severe chronic widespread pain and have spinal stenosis and spine problems. I can be in terrible pain, lay 40-50 minutes in the bag and start feeling relief after I’ve been in there for a while. I’m looking forward to more benefits the longer I use it. Customer service has been great. My face mask shipped separately from my bag and it showed they had both delivered. They responded and told me the bag had sold out but would be shipping by the end of the next week and it actually shipped on that Tuesday and was here in 2 days. Loving the products so far!

AMAZING

I purchased the Red Light Therapy Bag in January. Absolutely LOVE it. So I purchased a face mask. I am 76 years old and the products make me look AND feel younger. I use it every day and it has minimized aches and pains and helps keep my skin soft and moist. So when the top bag lost some of its red lights in a couple of rows I was very disappointed thinking that I would have to go though a hassle to get it fixed. TO MY SURPRISE Nuvio's customer service is as stellar as their products!! I contacted them through their website and Ossy reached out to me and interceded with tech support on my behalf —two weeks later a new mat showed up at my door. I highly recommend Nuvio Recovery products a great product is elevated to an excellent product when you know they stand behind them with very responsive and competent customer support.

I just received my blanket yesterday…

I just received my blanket yesterday 3/17 and I was skeptical.. I work in the concrete industry and it’s long days about 70 hours a week.. iv been doing this for 30 + years all ways sore..last night I took a hot shower and got into my new blanket at 730 pm went 30 minutes and fell asleep at about 830 pm and and actually sleep all night and woke up at 3 am with no pain and this was the first night.. I’m 55 years old

I had an issue with one of the three great products I bought from Nuvio and their customer service took care of it quickly and professionally.
The mat, chiller and hat are all great products that I've made part of my daily routine.

Horrible customer support

Horrible customer support. Probably an indicator for product quality. I ordered and received a red light mat and face mask. After doing more research I decided I no longer wanted either product and requested a return label. They responded once asking why. I provided the response and then crickets. I've reached back out to them 3 times since then and they have not responded. I'm not in the process of disputing the charge, since I've never even opened the packing materials. I just want my money back from these people. They're not a reputable company from my experience.

Highly recommended for product quality and customer service.

I purchased a Nuvio red light mat over panels for ease of use and portability. Nuvio was one of the highest rated and more affordable product options, and I love it for recovery and reducing inflammation in my knees. My kids are competitive swimmers so the whole family uses our Nuvio mat. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of use, our power box broke. When I contacted Nuvio customer service, they responded promptly, helped diagnose the problem, and sent me a replacement power box. It's obviously not ideal to have something go wrong with a new product, but I was very impressed with the responsiveness and efficiency of Nuvio's customer service team. Highly recommended.

Once we receive the package, our team will carefully inspect the items to verify their condition. This process can take up to 14 business days. After everything is confirmed, I’ll be authorized to process your refund.

When the refund is issued, it may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. At this time, no further action is needed on your part. If that changes, I’ll be sure to let you know.

We understand how that process can feel a bit long, especially when you’re waiting on a refund.

Just to clarify, the inspection and processing timelines are there to make sure everything is handled correctly and fairly on both sides - once the return is received, it can take up to 14 business days for assessment, followed by a few business days for the refund to show depending on your bank, but we do aim to process things as quickly as we can.

That said, if anything feels unclear or delayed beyond that, our support team is always happy to look into your specific case and provide an update.

James - Philadelphia, Pa Infrared Mat not Delivered.

I paid about $900 for the double infrared mat that comes with a free mask. On April 6th I have received the mask but the mat was not delivered or lost I don't know.
There is know phone number to contact anyone only through there support email which I have already sent several emails with no response. I wish I had check this company out before I made my purchase now I have $900 dollars hanging in the wind.

Great products (mat and mask). Prompt support via email. Willing to fix any issues to make it right.

I had an issue with face mask. Bossy in customer service sent an almost immediate reply from their support email. since the directions are not included with product (accessible on line), I wasnt using the remote properly. Works great now, and I love that AND the mat. I had multiple responses and a willingness by nuvio to do whatever was needed to correct any issues.
Based on the nanometer and irradiance level (that many others do not provide) this one is very effective. The silicone mask a huge improvement from my first hard mask. A+ service and product.

i have my chiller 6 months awesome…

i have my chiller 6 months awesome product when working in have had to replace a pump and eventually the unit both after a littke back and forth with company .

charlie has been awesome to work with most problems were my own fault or lack of understanding directions be patient is my advice they will gwt back to you ask for you to take a video and aend them to make sure problem isnt human error .
we’re moving water constantly between a unit at cold temperatures and outside temp causing expansion and contraction stuff is gonna happen for 600 bucks product far exceeds expectations.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. There isn't any. No phone number. Can't not speak to anyone. Their customer service is AI. They do not respond to emails and SMS. Finally, after trying to reach a real person I was contacted through Messenger after about a month. They state hassle free returns on their advertising. Good luck. The return policy is designed so that you cannot return for a refund. They delete bad reviews on their FB ads. I saw one posted by a customer who received the wrong item and could not return because they opened the box!!! BUYER BEWARE this company is shady.
