Super seed oil is a cheat code!
I used the superseed oil to help with my dry scalp, which helped and smelt great. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended for the whole family
I've been using Nylahs on myself and family and highly recommending them for years, I can see why they've won so many awards, the quality of their products, from the scent to the clean ingredients is why we keep coming back.
We have various hair types in our family and it seems to work just as well for all of us. We've used the whole range so far and our favourites are definitely the shampoo, leave in conditioner and super seed oil.
Sorry to hear others have experienced delay s in their orders as I was shocked how quickly our last few orders arrived.

I have been using Nylah hair products for a few months now. The results are fantastic my hair has stopped sheding my curls last longer and soft. Its great to be able to get a natural hair product that works great in my hair. My husband even uses the products and happy with them as well. I recommend these products the customer service is also great.

This is for curly hair Not for 4C hair
We both have eczema but not on the scalp so I brought the Complete set. As soon as I rinsed out the shampoo I could feel my hair harden the conditioner is not rich enough to compensate this. The leave in cream and seed oil are ok. But the spray may as well be just water.
This product I feel is not for 4 C+ hair there are a lot of products for curls masking as afro products its really frustrating spending money on things that do not work Afro hair is not the same as curly hair.
In response to Nylah reply...I truly appreciate your response, however most of London is a hard water area and in the attempts to cater/diversify to all hair types i.e curly you fall short when it comes to catering the minority Afro hair maybe you could do a low porosity/hard water range that is richer.

I wouldn't use anything else
I love how gentle these products are on my skin yet they still deliver amazing results!
My skin is very sensitive and reacts to almost all products on the market. It always gets irritated, red and itchy. That was until I tried Nylah's Naturals.
My scalp and hair feel so clean! My type 4 curls are more hydrated and defined than ever. I've noticed a lot less breakage too!
I highly recommend for women with type 4 hair and those with sensitive skin!!

Super Botanicals Conditioner
I have 3a celtic-style curls. Day 2 after hair washing meant dry and frizzy hair until I started to use Nylah's Super Botanicals Conditioner. I've used it for years now and don't dare try anything else. It smells great too.

I love these products for all my kids…
I love these products for all my kids hair. I wish bigger bottles were available as I go through them quickly having 3 kids.
The products suit the sensitive skin my kids have as well as all their curly hair types 3a, 3b and 4a.
Everything is in plastic containers which isn't ideal and no refills as an option. Hoping this will be worked on in time to come.
If a product you want is out of stock it can take a while for it to come back in but well worth the wait.
Not the cheapest hair products out there but for quality, kindness to skin, incredible smell as well as a black owned business I hope I keep earning enough to be able to be a regular customer.

I only gave one star because you can’t give zero! I ordered some hair oil from Amazon but the seller never acknowledged my purchase or posted the item.
There was complete silence from the get go. I am extremely disappointed as I was excited about this company and their products after hearing about them online.
It’s very sad and disappointing but some just don’t have the head for business. They could make a lot of money from these products but instead I have found them to be lazy and not forthcoming.

Scammers! 3 months and no product!
I was holding off on writing a negative review because this company is advertised as Black Owned. But enough is enough! Customers beware!!
I ordered and paid £68 for the Essential Care Kit, which contains 5 items. I only recieved 3 items, in a shabby, unmarked cardboard box, with no information about the company, not even a 'thank you for your purchase' note.
I contacted the company on the 9th of January, and recieved a message back from someone called 'Kam'. There was not even an email signature, as one would expect from an official company . They claimed to have refunded me the difference for 1 missing item prior to my email, because the Conditioner from the bundle was not in stock. However, there were 2 missing items, so it made little sense. In addition, why would they allow folks to purchase items from their website that they KNEW were not in stock? Surely they have an inventory? Unless they were counting on people not complaining about getting scammed...
Regardless, I responded to the email, and informed Kam of the specific items I recieved. They said they would arrange for one of the items (the shampoo) to be sent out immediately. That was 4 months ago. I am STILL yet to receive the items. And that so called refund NEVER OCCURED.
If you are wondering about the quality of the products that I DID receive, I can only let you know that I have never experienced drier more unhappy hair in my life. The conditioner smelled so bad and old, like it had been in the bottle for years. The hair oil does not penetrate the shaft and the spray leaves your scalp dry. I ended up with severe dandruff after using their products...ESPECIALLY the scalp serum. AVOID! EXPENSIVE FOR NOTHING.
PLEASE AVOID this scamming company. Use products by tried and tested companies, like Plantmade, instead.

Have tried to contact via the contact page on website, on FB, messenger and emailed 4 times, message on LinkedIn and still no answer to question, think the company may no longer need new customers.
