I got my first car in the uk last year from Oakwood. And I can say from the sales department to the service department, they were really professional and ready to help.
I felt safe and comfortable closing a deal with them.
Recently, I wanted to swap my car, and they were willing to assist in the whole process. I would recommend them.

Andy the salesman, and the general manager Michael, made my car buying process effortless. Everything was explained clearly, and the turn around time was brilliant from me viewing to driving away - I can’t recommend these guys enough. See you in a few years!

I had the pleasure of visiting this dealership and though I didn't buy a vehicle....the service I received was absolutely incredible...Olivia assisted me with my potential purchase. she was extremely knowledgeable and was very patient while answering my questions. I Recently moved from the USA and this would be my first purchase. Oakwood motors inventory is extremely clean and they have a huge selection of cars. I’m more than happy with the car I bought from Oakwood Motor Company. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If like me, you are wary of buying a used car, this is definitely the place to go. This is not the type of car garage looking to rip you off or sell you a car you will later regret purchasing. I got a great deal and couldn’t be happier. Make sure you make an appointment before you arrive and someone from the sales team will be waiting to assist you. Our guy Andy was great. This place is how garages should be! After my experience, I’ll never go elsewhere.

I bought a range rover Evoque in September 2025, I was told it had been validated on the day of collection however when looking around the car there was a old stinky jacket screwed up in the boot with an empty packet of crisps, I took these back into the office to Lee who was dealing with my purchase, I wasn't bothered as I was so excited to have my new car.
I was then pushed to write a review there and then before I had even driven the car.
Drove 2 hours home and was loving life in the new car however on 1st December after only a hand full of times driving it the car shut dead in the middle of a main road, it wouldn't start so I was stuck. Got the car towed to the nearest garage at my expense and contacted Oakwood.
I received an email from Oakwood stating as it was still under warranty they would reimburse me for the 1 hour diagnosis.
They did do this after a few unpleasant emails going back and forth however, my car is still not working. I was told via email by Oakwood to either get the car recovered back to them at my expense (2 hours away would not be a cheap recovery) or take it to range rover itself however if I can't trust them when they said they had cleaned the car (and didnt) how can I trust them to repair it.
The car is now booked in with range rover later this month (again at my cost of recovery) but stated via Oakwood on emails they might not pay for the car to be fixed
It's a waiting game at the moment but I have the ombudsman waiting.... It's the worst company for customer service and the turn around for car sales is stupid.
At the moment I'm well out of pocket for an expensive car I drove for a month.
This is not over...

Recently bought my 2nd car from oakwood, this time it was a Landrover Defender. The customer service was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to find me the right veichle for my family. Im so happy with my purchase and the aftercare is fantastic.

Had a issue with my car so went to get it sorted out. I was greeted with a very welcoming pleasant atmosphere on arrival. The customer service was great; no issue was too big and they got my car sorted straight away. Overall it was a stress free experience and would defiantly recommend.

Oakwood are so welcoming. I left a deposit, arrived to find the car ready for a test drive. Negotiated with sales manager and drive away in the car. Excellent 👍 👏👏👏👏 honestly I couldn’t be happier with my new car. Thank you. 🙏

Had a great experience when buying from Oakwood. Yas was extremely helpful and went out of his way to deal with all my questions and had the right answers. I have loved the car from the moment I first picked it up. Would recommend Oakwood to anyone looking for a new to them car.

I waited a few months before writing my review. I did experience an issue with a service light that came on after 3 weeks. I called Oakwood and spoke with a nice lady who booked in for a waiting appointment within 3 days and the car was sorted whilst i had a nice coffee within an hour. I haven't had any issues since. I would recommend to friends and family and i will be back when I'm ready for for my next car. Good work team Oakwood.

We found a car with Oakwood via the AA website. We contacted Olivia Hall and within 30 mins we had arrived at the garage and were able to look at the vehicle. We proceeded to reserve the car and ultimately purchased it. The experience has been great and we would not hesitate to use Oakwood again.

Terrible customer service after purchase. Bought a car in December 2025 along with a warranty. Within a week I realised the terms of the warranty were not very good, so formally requested a refund. It is now mid-January and I am regularly calling and emailing. Still no refund received. No acknowledgements or responses to my emails and despite being told on the phone my refund will be processed , still no payment! Unnecessary prolonged distress caused.
