Sophie Lou Jacobsen Coasters received via Fedex. Parcel completely battered, presentation box destroyed as no protection within the parcel. Paid £25 for delivery, you would expect bubble wrap at least! Wish I could attach photo to show how pathetic a £90 gift can look!
Updated: postage costs refunded and apology received promptly.

I was purchasing an ash tray for my…

I was purchasing an ash tray for my best friends birthday, a bit of an expensive one. I was on a bit of a time crunch and with this specific product, was quoted a time that worked with the day I needed the product. When the quoted date arrived I found out that it hasn’t even been shipped yet. I wouldn’t have bought it if I would have known it wasn’t going to arrive even close to on time. Was super excited to see and gift this item but unfortunately won’t be able to.

Horrifying Experience

Starting off with a wrong invoice, charging me more on delivery. Item delivered with issue, chipped, imperfect. We agreed to replace it. New delivery - even more issue, more chipped edge and no response from supplier. Keep reminding us we missed the Buyer Protection time frame (within 3 days), unwilling to do anything about it. We told them we are not able to report it within 3 days, because our storage specialist would receive the order, it would take a bit more time to report to them! The whole experience have been a nightmare. We will never order from them anymore. Don't think they would care anyway. Shame.

Unprofessional!
