Annonce erronée
J’ai commandé une commode pour le prix de 1800€. Cela ne comptait pas le prix d’envoi, qui est d’environ 300€. Peu importe, puisque apparemment le fournisseur n’a pas d’ajustements automatiques pour les stocks; résultat temps d’attente de 12 semaines pour un produit listé en stock…
Pour ce prix, il faut exiger plus d’organisation de la part de vos fournisseurs.

Amazing Glassware
Amazing collection of different artists on their website. Unfortunately, I haven’t been aware that my order originated from the US and therefore had to pay import taxes. Other than that, the order process has been quick and the order tracking great. 👍🏻 I would definitely recommend the shop but you have to be aware that you have to pay import tax!

Nous aimons les produits par ailleurs le délais de livraison aurait du nous etre spécifiés car nous avons attendu + d'un mois pour recevoir 6 serviettes.

I made a purchase. Small side table.
I received my confirmation of the order.
And that’s all. I’ve sent emails requesting an eta of when my order would ship. I’ve reached out to The Oblist support and sell. I still haven’t received any emails or support this was almost 2 weeks ago. I’m starting to feel like I’ve been scammed.

Beautiful selection of items and excellent customer service
I bought a beautiful ceiling light for my dining room from The Oblist and it arrived promptly. I didn’t check inside the box and a month later I found one of the glass shades was smashed when the electrician came to install it.
It was way outside of the deadline to inform them of delivery damages (3 days) so they were under no obligation to help, but Chloé in their customer services did everything she could to assist me and promptly had a replacement shade delivered direct from the manufacturer, all the time keeping me informed. I would highly recommend buying from this company based on my experience.
