There were numerous problems with UPS delivery but

Suite à une commande, mon colis est retourné à la case départ, par la faute des douanes. Avec l’aide de Chloé, mon colis m’a été renvoyé très rapidement, et les frais de renvoi m’ont été offerts par The Oblist.

Purchased a piece that was cancelled shortly after making the purchase. Customer service was responsive, yet I was informed that the piece was not supposed to be available in the US. I was then later informed that the seller was willing to ship the piece for an additional shipping cost, on top of the shipping I paid for it originally. I ended up canceling the purchase and requesting a full refund.

Customer service apologized and said there is nothing that can be done. That is false, as there was a solution. The curator should have been responsible for the shipping, as it was neither the seller nor the buyers fault. Top notch customer experience is not a priority unfortunately and I will be removing Oblist from any and all future purchasing considerations.

Livraison très rapide, bien emballé.
Ravi de mon acquisition.

L'expérience de livraison pour certains objets fragiles (miroir notamment) est à améliorer. Il semble compliqué - pour un fournisseur en particulier - de générer un tracking number ce qui n'est pas idéal pour se rendre disponible pour la réception.
Aussi, concernant le service client, les seuls canaux de communication sont les emails ou le chat bot. Pas encore de numéro de téléphone en cas de troubleshooting plus poussé.
Toutefois, j'ai pu bénéficier d'un geste commercial, ce qui est très appréciable et signe que the Oblist se soucie de ses clients.
Quelques améliorations à apporter donc mais une volonté de la part du marchand à fournir une expérience la plus fluide possible.
Par ailleurs, belle sélection d'objets.

I bought from thei site, great products as described and arrived quickly

I’ve been incredibly disappointed with the Purchase experience at Oblist. The custom forms were filled out incorrectly by the Oblist. When I asked to resolve the issue, Oblist attempted to push away the work towards me and only when I threatened to cancel the order, they moved forward. I spent more than three hours trying to follow up with Oblist and filling out forms. The Customer Service is not professional and unexperienced in my opinion, I would recommend buying somewhere else if anyhow possible. I would like to say so many more things, but this would probably get this review deleted.

Beware of buying from this company. I bought multiple sets of glassware and they never delivered it. I reached out to them multiple times via instagram and email and they have not responded at all. This is a horrible scam of a company and now I have to report the purchase with my credit card company because they refuse to respond and give me a refund for the items that were never received. Scam written all over it. Now they are flagging my review and claiming I have not reached out via instagram or email. If only I could attach screenshots to show the multiple emails to the email they provided and message I sent on instagram. Trash company.
