Solved seriously and politely / Item broken when arrived

I ordered a chandelier from Sophie Lou Jacobsen and the item arrived broken. Will not order again from this website.

Follow up :
I change my grade from 1 to 5 stars. Yes the item arrived broken but I had really good support from The Oblist’s customer service. They contacted the artist and sent a new piece quite fast.
Thanks again for taking care of this matter so seriously and politely.

I am very disappointed

I am very disappointed, since I have not received my order even after 2 months from order... It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. On the website it was not mentioned product is made to order. After I contacted support I got the information I was going to receive it in about 3-5 weeks, which did not happen. On the 11.1. I received an email saying my order is on the way - when I view the order there is current delivery estimate December 18.

As a result, most of the products available on our website are made to order and handmade by artists, which is way it can take longer. Each product is accompanied by a label "Made to order", which can be found on the product page. Additionally, we provide an "estimated delivery time" located directly below the "add to bag" button.

Regrettably, it seems that your package was not successfully delivered after multiple attempts. Consequently, it has been returned to the artist. We have already contacted the artist to ensure that the package is resent once it is received.

Vous trouverez le "délai de livraison estimé" sous le bouton "ajouter au panier" sur notre site web. Made to Order signifie que dès que l'artiste reçoit la commande, le processus de fabrication commence. Vous devriez recevoir votre commande au début du mois de février. De très beaux produits

Les produits sont exceptionnels, très bon choix de produits uniques même si ce n’est pas donné. En revanche, encore des améliorations à faire sur la communication. Pas de nouvelles de l’avancée de la commande, ni de la livraison.

I had a bad experience with the delivery, I bought an very nice decoration plate as a xmas gift but the delivery never arrived on time even thought I made the purchase with 20 days in advance.

A month has passed since our order

A month has passed since our order, the package still did not arrive thanks to your delivery service of choice, DPD Croatia. This is the worst experience with package delivery in my life and will never order anything from you again.
