Avoid, I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for two items. Shipping say 1-3 days. They haven’t even left their country. When I ask for a replacement, I was told I’ll need to buy them again and wait for a claim. Scam Company

Outstanding quality & fit (190e vent surround)! Great comms.

I’ve now ordered 3 items for my Merc r129. Seat switch surrounds, window scrapper rubbers. And internal wing mirror covers all have been perfect, am waiting for leather seat base cover, but am sure will be fine. Only thing I was not aware about is the custom charges on products over £135 but this is not the company’s fault. Kamil who I think is the owner is always willing to answer you straight away via email many thanks mr wells.

Octoclassic helped me with the restoration of my W126. I was looking for a cover for my driver's seat. The challenges were significant because our work had to be done overseas (in Europe and the USA). Furthermore, the colors of the plastic parts had faded after more than 30 years. So I had to order the part three times (!!), compare them, and was able to return two of them and get a refund. The entire color-matching process took almost 10 months. Kamil from Octoclassic was a huge help – we exchanged more than 50 emails, and his support was first-class. He's a valuable asset to his company. Working with him was a pleasure. I highly recommend his services.

There was an issue with my cart and checking out.
I added three items to my cart, but there was only one when I wanted to check out.
The worst of all is the bot you have to deal with, which sends you round in circles. Why is it that you simply cannot save time and deal with a human??
I'll buy the parts elsewhere

J'ai acheté un cache enceinte pour ma Mercedes. Le produit n'est pas donné mais il est d'excellente qualité. Je ne peux pas faire la différence avec l'original. Par ailleurs la société a été vraiment à mon service me proposant un échange car je m'étais trompé de couleur.

Further to my review, I can honestly say that apart from their reply to my original post, I have not received a single bit of correspondence from them, and although they say the item was despatched on April 2 Royal Mail says the item has not left Poland yet and they are still awaiting its arrival, so it’s now the 20th of April and no sign of my order, as of today no emails whatsoever, goodness knows where they are being sent, 20 days for postage are they going via china

Octoclassics helped me with a couple of parts for my R129 SL. Even some parts not on the website were made for me with good fitment. Of course sometimes something breaks or does not fit perfect. Fortunatly, octoclassic refunded in one case and does send replacement parts. For my special order (back part of the side vents) even re-engineerd it to make less susceptible to failure and send it again.

So far so good, ordered some E31 parts, quality is good, delivery fast, hope to see more parts in cataloge in the future!

Recieved non original products, seemed 3d printed with less quality and less strength, while i payed a very high price for the products.

Excellent Mercedes S123 part which was not avalable anymore at the dealer.
In cooperation I received the exact original color on the part.
Very good communication, well packed.

Ordered parts for my classic 1995 Mercedes SL R129. Parts are of very very good quality and matching color. The parts are even stronger than the original ones and 1/3 of the price.
Even delivered with video or instructions on paper on how to replace them or migrate electronical parts build on it.
When part doesn't fit due to a face-lift version, Octoclassic takes responsibility and helps out to make sure you receive the versions you need. Wonderful service for a decent product!

Bardzo dobra jakoś wykonania, bardzo dobry kontakt, części do W126 wyglądają bardzo dobrze. Na pewno kupię ponownie do kolejnego projektu

Bereits zweimal Teil (Clipaufnahme für die Sonnenblende bei Jaguar XJ40) gekauft. Beidemale brechen die Teile innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Offensichtlich ist das Material ungeeignet das es extrem spröde ist.

Współpracuje z chłopakami od 2 lat. Zamówiłem wiele części. Firma godna polecenia !
