Buyer Beware! They advertise as a free service but they don’t tell you that all the insurance companies that you bill are non-par and if in your first month of using their software you submit your first 2 claims at the end of the month that you will be charged their entire monthly fee for 2 claims because apparently they don’t bill you from the day you start using the service (like every other company in the world does) which is unconscionable! They even charged my credit card when I did not authorize it! Horrible customer service, horrible billing practices & horrible misleading secretive advertising!

Increasingly horrible and difficult. Raise rates with no notice. Tried to pay today on line payment and of course they needed to change what already worked. Two cards two browerrs two customer reps two hours and still can't make a simple transaction. No help no return call. They blame me my bank my Broswer everyone but them. Incompetent This is how they handle their problems

Longtime, trusted business partner of our healthcare group. OA is a reliable, well run company. It offers responsive, professional customer service and products with great price points (some products are even free!). OA's new website UI is also outstanding.
They are also responsive to user input (which is something we love). For example, we recently requested a new spreadsheet format for the ERA's (in addition to text and 835 format) so we could import the ERA data in our EHR. Customer service actually forwarded our idea for serious consideration.
In summary. we shop healthcare clearinghouses each year and each year, we go again with OA. It just works.

This company will charge you for a month in advance, even if you sign up at the end of the month - you'll be charged for 2 full months. They are absolute scumbags. Their software (EHR) is the worst piece of software I've ever seen in my life, and I've been doing this for 20 years.

Site is down AGAIN today. Absolutely awful from day 1. I would not recommend this EHR to anyone. We own a small chiropractic office and they have been nothing but problems since the beginning. Their site goes down often. Customer service is not helpful. Their prices have gone from $29 a month to $146 and all we did was add 1 provider. Rates constantly increase. Would never recommend.
