I ordered 2 shirts and only received one. Not sure where the other half of my order is? I am very happy with the quality of the Pink Floyd “Dark Side of the Moon “ long sleeve shirt. I ordered an XL. It is a bit oversized but I’m confident after a few washings it will fit great. The shirt feels of high quality.

Good luck receiving your order/customer service is horrible
I ordered a Unisex Adult Small Weezer jacket on 12/04/25, with delivery guaranteed within 7–10 business days. The item took 18 days to arrive and only showed up just in time for Christmas after I had to contact customer service multiple times. Staying on top of my own order should not be the customer’s responsibility, yet that’s exactly what I had to do. Throughout the process, I felt completely disregarded as a customer. I returned the hoodie on 12/26/25 to exchange it for a larger size. Since then, I have received no updates despite reaching out three separate times for information. Customer service stated that although the item was returned on 12/26, it was not processed until 1/06/26. Even so, it is now 2/05/26, and I still have not received any shipping confirmation or status updates. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I will not do business with Official Band Shirts again. My recommendation to anyone considering purchasing from this company: if you order merchandise, expect a solid 3–4 week wait with little to no communication, and only hope to receive your item during that time.

Hard to Return a T-Shirt
I ordered 2 T-Shirts that were available to ship immediately. I received 1 and exchanged it for a larger size. It was too long so I was going to return it, but the website asked me to Contact Customer Service. I did and they keep asking me if I want to return the shirt, which I confirmed 4 times. Still working on getting this returned.
I just received my second shirt, which took almost 3 weeks to get here. I want to return this as well as I know it's too small and after the back & forth with their CS team, I'm going to use a different company to start my Band T-Shirt collection. I can't return this shirt either as it is asking my to contact the CS Team again. Too much time involved in ordering T-shirts where the website states Free Returns Exchanges with in 30 days. At this rate, I will be out of the 30 day window.

Christmas gift fail
Ordered 12 days before Christmas and as of 12/22, the order did not even ship yet. any reputable website will have a header on their website if they cannot provide an order by the holiday. instead they bury some BS in their terms/conditions and use that as their clutch for complaints. in my complaint, they said they get it directly from the band, so save yourself and go directly to the bands official merchandise site and buy from them, cut out this poorly managed, not customer service focused company.

I got what I ordered!
I ordered a robe from this site before reading the reviews--which is my mistake. When I read the reviews, I started to get quite nervous. However, I am happy to report that the order I placed on 11/29/2025 arrived safely and as described on the website on 12/19/2025. It was delivered via USPS. It is a really nice thick Foo Fighters robe.

Still haven’t received a package almost a month later.
I ordered a pair of socks and a T-shirt for my husband for Christmas on November 21. Still have not received it and likely will not receive it by Christmas. Had to continue following up with them as to where my order was. As of December 12, (we are now at December 18) my T-shirt and socks were somewhere in New York, I live in Canada. At this rate, I don’t even know if I’m going to get my package at all. I will not be using this company again.

Terrible quality
The quality of the shirts received are terrible. I received 4 in total and 2 of them were a completely different colour to what is shown on the site and the others are very poor print quality. Looking at the labels and manufacturer I don't believe that these are official shirts and are basically just knock offs. I have hundreds of band shirts that I've collected over the years and I have never seen anything this bad.

Not what’s advertised
First time ordering and received a sweatshirt that looked nothing like the picture displayed on the website. Logo was printed 50% larger on the front and for the price, the material was cheap. It also took the maximum 10 business days to ship. I also have to write the review here because it literally wont let you leave a review on the website.

They SUCK
They SUCK! Hope you are in no rush to receive your item you order. It is 10 business days until the order is even processed. Then it has to me made / produced, in the USA it will be at least 30 days before you are lucky enough to maybe get the item you ordered. After NO progression of the fulfillment process , after a week, I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. They said NO. Said I had to first receive the item and then return it within 30 days. Seems crazy that they take longer than. 20 days to get you the item and then by the. The return period has expired. Totally ridiculous
Addendum: the item has still NOT processed as yet. I was able to replace this item with two day shipping in NJ USA.
I have asked for a a return shipping label, BUT have NOT received one from this terrible customer service disaster of a company. PLEASE go read their reviews on the better business bureau and Trust pilot B4 making the same mistake Imade. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS company
