They are absolutely awful. Do not order from here . Received this message on July 9th after ordering on June 29th.
“As mentioned on the item page, this design requires 5-10 business days for processing prior to shipping. As it is sourced directly from the artist's official merchandise manufacturer. Based on your order date, it will be shipping shortly. Our system shows that your order is currently being processed for fulfillment. Once it leaves our facility, we will provide you with tracking details so you can keep an eye on its progress.”
Now over a month later and still nothing after being told it’ll be dispatched again shortly on July 16th. Avoid ordering from this place at all costs

Poor Customer Service
I ordered a bruce springsteen shirt from this company. Over ten business days passed and still have not received a tracking number. I have reached out to them via email (because they have no phone number listed that I could find) and interacted with “Lauren”. Who btw, cut and pasted stock responses, with no specific answers that pertain to my simple question on why it is taking so long. It took them two-three days to respond on top of that.
Upon writing this review, it is now 12 business days since I ordered and still have not received a tracking number.
I WISH I ordered from the official Bruce Springsteen website. Obviously, I will never order from this company again, nor will I recommend using this company.

The quality of t-shirts is not great. The material is thin and easily gets twisted after washing. Also, they have no phone number listed. The email is the only way of communication. I ordered two t-shirts but one of them has not arrived. It has been a while but there is no update whatsoever. This business seems to be run by typical new era "entrepreneurs" who are all about doing it in the easiest way possible, like Etsy sellers using Printify. Will not order again.

Poor quality. Awful fit.
Complete rip off. I've worn t-shirts my whole (long) life, always M. Ordered 7 shirts, ALL of them fit like a small. Unwearable. Horrible fit. Poor quality. Just rip off some visuals from the Web, get on Canva and have it printed at a local custom shop. You'll be better off. And if you're from Canada, forget it. You'll get destroyed at the border (2025). I'll have to give those to charity.

Product shrunk two sizes and is unwearable
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I've bought enough music tshirts over the years to know to wash them on cold when i first get them and don't tumble dry. Unfortunately this didn't help me with the awful shirt I got from 'Official Band Shirts'. I bought a large which ended up a medium on the width and a small in the length after one careful wash. But they refused to do anything, hiding behind a no returns policy if it's been washed, which is dumb if the product fails despite being washed correctly.
UPDATE - IT GOT WORSE: Don't be fooled by the PR stunt below, which seems to be from the same person (bot?) who responds to everyone who contacts them (me included). I pointed out to Lauren that I had followed all care instructions but it shrunk, and I asked them to make it right. Lauren refused, hiding behind the same policy I quoted in my original post. And the next bit is laughable... despite having mainly 1 star reviews for the last few years, they suddenly got two 5 star reviews within an hour of me posting mine. Who do they think they're kidding?

I ordered a t-shirt more than two months ago. "Lauren", whom Im sure is a BOT, keeps sending me a tracking number showing its in Germany. I live in New Zealand, (other side of the world). These guys have been terrible and I wish I had read these reviews first. I do not recommend these guys at all!

I ordered a shirt over 3 weeks ago. The shirt still hasn’t come. Given such a long delay, I reached out to customer service and they sent me the tracking number (which I already had) and let me know they don’t really care (mail can be slow). I guess I was expecting actual customer service or empathy.

I bought a shirt..then saw some bad reviews and tried to cancel . Well, They got back to me and said i could return it once it arrives. The shirt arrived within maybe 5 days since i purchased it. It looks exactly like the picture. The design isnt a cheap stick on. Its not $60 shirt quality but its def what i wanted. Totally keeping it. Im 6'1 230. bought an XL and its the right size. Ill actually buy from these guys again; They're dope shirts.

Off centered print- poor customer service
Ordered a Tshirt of my wife’s favorite band to give her for Xmas this year. This was a gift I was excited to give. Ordered early November, allowed the 7-10 days to ship before I went to track order. Said processing for 3 weeks. Finally received it. Thought it was good. Wrapped it, wife opens it and initially is excited but then notices after she puts it on that the print is clearly off-centered and so obvious someone didn’t know what they were doing. Wrote “Lauren” at customer service who then just sends me a link to returns and exchanges without any apologies or offfers to just send out a new one like a decent company would. I provided pictures as well, still nothing. Never again @officalbandtshirts.com you’ve lost a customer

These shirts are very low quality
These shirts are very low quality. I received one that said it could be dried on low. It came out twisted and crooked and unwearable. I emailed Lauren at customer service who informed me their shirts can NOT be dried. Since it didn’t know that and that’s not what the instructions say I asked for a refund. She refused bc they don’t refund for washed items. I also never received part of my order and I’ve contacted Lauren asking and she will not answer me. She responds but it has nothing to do with where my order is or a tracking number. This place is definitely a scam. These same shirts can be found at other companies including Amazon. Order from one of them.

Sent the wrong color shirt and didn’t care to offer to waive shipping so I can purchase the correct color and have it delivered in time for a gift. Also slow to respond and generally more expensive than other sites and for what? The customer service sucks and prices are more expensive. I should’ve check trust pilot before buying from them.

I’ve never once gotten a call, text or email from scammers. The next day after I place my order. I got a scam call claiming to be Verizon, scam text message claiming to be USPS. And a fake PayPal receipt in my email. It’s also been a week since I placed my order and still no shipping email. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down.

All payment information provided to us is done through secure checkout on our site. By law, we do not receive full payment information provided to us by customers. We receive partial card numbers and they are automatically run by the card processers when a customer checks out in the store. These services handle everything payment related and are in charge of payment information.

Why Gawd??
Every shirt outa the 5 for $40 is not even close to anything I've been a fan of. Mixed bag is right. The 'super soft' shirts I selected and paid extra for are also not what I received. And my receipt conveniently doesn't show those selections either. The Ministry logo is crooked and the Pantera shirt is a Hanes long sleeve made out of sandpaper. Don't bother ordering from this site. I'd love my $150 back but according to the rest of these reviews I'm better off just keeping em.

I only received part of my order and sent an email to Official Band Shirts, but did not get a response. They don’t have a phone number to call and clearly lack in the customer service department based on my experience as well as prior reviews. I’ll be disputing part of the charge for the shirt that I did not receive unless the shirt is either shipped or I receive a response with an update.

Canadian customers beware of additional cost
Ordered shirts. Googled reviews and found all these! Tried to cancel but it was too late. It took about 3 -4 weeks to receive my order and all came as described. Very happy with the quality, although all 3 women’s mediums shirts fit a little different. I recommend sizing up. Also if you are from Canada there is an additional $30 duty charge ..that I was not expecting.
