Octoplush company is an absolute scam. I ordered from them almost 4 weeks ago.. I have still not received my order. They are now not returning my emails. Absolute joke of a company. I have requested a refund at this point and will be going to my bank if I do not receive anymore correspondence from them.

Ordered as I work as a TA and I wanted a visual to use for some of the children I work with but to date I’ve still not received anything. I’ve sent several emails which have all been ignored.
Do not order from this company.

Like everyone else, I've ordered my octopuses more than 5 weeks ago, royal mail still doesn't have an update on the tracking number and they are not responding to my email.

Horrific company. No response to repeated emails and items never arrived.
Don’t touch with a barge pole - have alerted trading standards.

Final Update: I received the 'correct' item today however it was the exact same one as I originally received. The bottom line, the giant product is much smaller than expected/measured.

Update: They finally replied and stated they would send the correct item and told me to keep the wrong one. Will post again if/when that happens.

I ordered a giant (40cm) plushie and received a 30 cm one. At first, the company was responsive to my emails, however after sending them the photos that show I received the wrong product, I have heard nothing. I would not purchase from this company and I'm regretful I didn't look into the reviews before buying the product.

I ordered 2 giant octopus in the bogof sale and like most people on here was sent 2 medium.
There is no phone number to contact them. I have emailed them several times to be told I ordered medium when my statement says large.
Not happy awful customer service.

We ordered two different 30cm octoplushies on a bogof offer with free next day delivery & they came on time , we had the right size delivered & the right colours , my son over the moon as he LOVES all octoplush!!!

Don't waste time or money! These are no different from the ones you get from Amazon or Symth Toys for less then half the price. Reviews are most likely fake on their website you can not read them. Return process was difficult to say the least, a total waste time messaging back and forth for a week to get an order number and address. Wish I seen the reviews on this site first.

Shocking service. Paid for 2 giant & 1 large octoplush, received 2 large & 1 medium. 3 attempts of getting in contact with the company has resulted in no response at all. Are now talking to trading standards. Please DO NOT buy from this site. Save your money

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a 30cm octopus at a cost of £20, received a 15cm worth £10 and was offered a 30% refund meaning I would have paid about £14 for a product worth £10 that I didn’t even want! Asked to receive the correct product but received the wrong product again. Was then told that measurements are approximate even though it was 33% smaller than advertised so I asked for a refund. They then said it must be in original packaging even though they asked me to send photos of it showing measurements (cannot be measured without taking it out of the packaging) and also that they would not pay for shipping. Complete rip off.

This is 99% a scam, bought a gift for my gf, not only ot did not arrive, every time i contacted them they would say that my order is dispached and i need to wait more, it never arrived.

Do not buy from them! I bought a 30cm octopus from them but they sent me a 15cm one. Despite it being their error, they are expecting me to pay for the return costs. They won’t even refund the difference between the 15cm and 30cm one. Awful customer service! Do not use!!

I’m pretty certain that this is a scam? I have not received my order, none of my emails have been answered, I never received a confirmation email or shipping email. The only email I got was from PayPal to let me know they’d taken the payment for the products that I was never going to receive 🙂

Poor quality, feet came unstuck in 5 minutes. Looked like someone had badly hand cut the feet so some where just cut across and not rounded. Key ring came off in seconds and stuffing came out. Ordered 8 and only 6 arrived. I complained and they would only deal with complaint if I sent a photo! DONT BUY!

Bought the genuine Octoplush toy as there are many copies out there thinking that the quality would be better. Unfortunately I was to be disappointed , in less that a month the sticking has come apart and the stuffing is visible
Wrote to them and they stated that I had 14 days to return the goods if it wasn’t satisfactory , well it was initially but in less than a month it’s useless.
Spend your £15 on something more useful than this poor quality toy is my advice .

Ordered from here for Valentine’s Day, and I received a confirmation saying it was delivered but i never received the product. I contacted customer service several times and after a long awaited response finally I was told I would get a refund but never received it, and have recontacted to see where my money is.

Wouldn’t recommend as customer service is not very helpful and still not received the refund or product!

I initially tried to cancel my order by email- partly due to it being a duplicate gift and also the exorbitant pricing!- but received no response- when my order arrived I contacted the company stating I wished to return it for a refund and was given instructions on how to do this. I sent the parcel with Royal Mail the same day that I received it- that was 11/8/21 and have heard nothing since- the parcel is back in Official Octopus’ possession but I have not received my refund despite emailing them three times. I would definitely not recommend the company, the customer service is terrible and the octopus’ are available elsewhere much cheaper.

Not received after it was shipped nearly 2 weeks ago. No reply to the 3 emails I’ve sent. I wouldn’t recommend using this website. Absolutely abhorrent behaviour from a website that is selling toys for children.

Slow. No communication and when I left my phone number it changed the number in the order so now I can’t even track it.
Shocking avoid at all costs

Please don’t order from these people, customer service is appalling, hit and miss as to whether the product is as it should be...I’ve got two very disappointed children....😥
