Ordered and arrived good quality just a shame it’s not what I ordered and no one ever replied back to countless emails even though it stated 24/7 customer care reply in 24h I’ve waited days now

A scam £35 I paid and ordered in January and still haven’t received it no one will reply to my emails can someone please help me

I like the product but based on the website it looked very deceptive and i wasn't expecting it to come. However, it shipped three days later and came the next day. I recommend using the shop app to track your order.

Though like i said the website looks deceptive. The measurements are not correct, (stated 20x20x10) but mine is more like 5x5x5 cm. (Mine was £15 on sale, usually £30, would not have been satisfied for that price.) I'm happier with this size but it's still incorrect information. The facebook and youtube links at the bottom of the page also don't work. They say it ships in 1-2 working days but they don't say what their working days are. The confirmation email i got from them started with "Hi {first_name}".

Whilst they technically can be Official Octopus Plush it seems like they are mimicing TeeTurtles Reversible Plushies, which are mostly the same thing. So whilst it looks like a scam, you do get the product in the end. If their website felt more honest and transparent they could be a lot better.

Overall i am happy with the product and but i was a little suspect of the website.

Product has not arrived after 3 months and I have had no replies to multiple emails asking for information, a contact number or refunds. Obviously this is a scam. Take your money to etsy or even amazon and don’t make the same mistake as me :(

Do not buy anything from there i bought 3 octopus toys and they never arrive they are ignored my emails and of course i my money now are gone

The octopus actually came the shop contact me in my email and we We agreed to send again tha order, im not going to lie they were unprofessional bc they said 5-7 days and they contract as like 2 months ago tp resent the order But the octopus are really really cute and goos quality i really love then

I ordered 3 of these octopus’s and they hadn’t come on time and the tracking number they gave me didn’t seem to be a real tracking number. I came onto here and read all the awful reviews and realised it’s clearly a scam and I’ve lost my money..but actually all 3 showed up 4 days later and in the colours I ordered. Not the best service but I got what I wanted in the end and am happy with them.

Absolute awful quality it turned up dirty and threads coming undone tried calling them

Completely fake. No product, no refund and limited contact. Disappointed daughter!

Avoid at all costs. Takes your money, goods don't arrive. Emails are ignored. Even had the cheek to email and ask to put a selfie with OCTOPUSPLUSH on Instagram page when they don't even send your items. SCAMMERS!!!!!

Placed my order and got a confirmation I would be notified when it shipped, email said that's usually the same day. Standard shipping on the website is 5-7 days but over a week after placing the order still no shipping confirmation. If you try and email them it will bounce back and if you use their contact form on their website you won't get a response.
Will be going through my bank to get my money back and buying elsewhere.

Ordered in November 2020. Still not arrived. Avoid at all cost. Such a scam. Emails bounce back. Not contact number and the so called tracking number is fake.

As everyone else has said, the wrong colour was sent and nobody responds to e mails or the online customer service form - utterly appalling and a complete scam!

Wrong colour sent and no one reply’s to messages. E mail bounces back. Absolute conn.

Wish I had read the reviews beforehand, ordered my octopus and it came within 5 days as expected but the wrong colour scheme, have filled in the contact us form on the website that says they’ll respond within 24 hours a couple of times now and have heard nothing. Super disappointed.

If you are worried this is a scam it is not. Just a very poorly put together Shopify website made to cash in on the octoplush trend. I ordered one thinking it was the official website and like many other people it says 1-2 days delivery which the website owner clearly forgot to update from the Shopify default. Anyway it arrived 3 weeks later not 1-2 days. But this is actually correct because if you go on the official octoplush website the ".com" one not this ".co.uk" one the delivery times are 5-15 business days and Im guessing there from the same supplier. So don't worry it will come but not in 1-2 days but in 5-15 business days.

Wanted the black and red octopus but received the blue one, impossible to get into contact as the email is not recognised when I’ve tried to amend the order... thankfully it’s cute I guess

I ordered a plush in a specific colour scheme, but the one I received is completely different. I have been unable to contact anyone about exchanging it or getting a refund.

Took 14 days to arrive and not 1-2 days as suggested. When it did eventually arrive it was not the colour I ordered! Should definitely have ordered from Amazon which is my initial go to!
