Total scam. Order never arrived. No response from several emails I sent. Most of the email addresses bounce back. The Royal Mail tracking number is fake... do not order from them!!!

Avoid at all costs - this is definitely dodgy - don't believe anything you see on Insta as the service is awful. I did get a delivery eventually - all the wrong colours. The delivery receipt you get is also fake - same as others have written its a fake tracking number that brings up nothing at all when you try to track it. All of their email addresses are fake and bounce back. Plus they are very small and disappointing when you do actually receive them.

SCAM!
Haven't received my plush in as promised 5-7 days period, there's no as promised 24/7 costumer support as I wrote several e-mails and non has been answered. Luckily I paid via Paypal and PayPal issued me my money back as soon as I reported a problem.

Ordered the item on the 17th January and it has almost been 2 weeks and the product has still not arrived! The mentioned the delivery is express and takes 1-2 working days but it is nowhere in sight. The tracking number they give is also invalid.
Tried to send emails, but no replies were given.
Their site offers '24/7 support' but there is no support at all.
Avoid at all costs as it seems as though it is a scam site.

Not even sure if this is a scam. I ordered 10 days ago and still nothing has came. Apparently it has been shipped but that was 9 days ago, and the Royal Mail tracker says ‘an update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item’. Customer service is beyond awful and I’m not expecting anything to come in the post... very unhappy, avoid!!!

It has finally came after 11 days. Please don’t believe the express delivery, it isn’t true.

This is either a massive scam or they have the worst customer service in the world, either way avoid this website at all costs. Express delivery is promised but yet your item will never arrive. Utter joke.

Not entirely sure if it’s a scam but I wouldn’t ever buy from there again. Placed an order on the 17th with “express” shipping (1-2 days) and it’s still not arrived. Also not replied to multiple emails.

You should find the octopus on Amazon instead..

I ordered 3 of these octopus on the 14th of January 2021 because as someone with autism I thought these would be good to help express my emotions and to help family understand how I’m feeling so I brought them with all good intentions and like many I still haven’t received these I have rung Royal Mail and it is a reference number (not a tracking number, that shop app they suggest is rubbish as well because it’s not meant for a reference number) which is in the system but when I will receive them anyone guess is good (don’t believe the express delivery sign as it’s incorrect more like 10 days plus)...Lack of communication no response to email at all if I receive these I will certainly never suggest this website I would rather recommend another site which might mean you wait longer but it would be worth it in the end without stressing

Scam !! Avoid. They won’t contact you, you won’t get your order. Go to visa/MasterCard ect to get your money back.

Total scam! We have been waiting and waiting, still no delivery. Sent 4 emails and filled in the enquiry form and no responses. Very unhappy daughter who paid for this order herself. I notice the only 5 star review on Trustpilot is from Abdul Subhan who after checking on companies house actually owns the trading company BAIG ECOMMERCE LTD.

Update: Package arrived 4th Feb, the octopuses are great. However, we’d assumed we’d been scammed because we paid for fast delivery a month ago with shipment confirmation on 13th Jan. delivery is 3 weeks overdue.

Their customer service email address doesn’t work, their contact form is ignored, there’s no phone number. So we assumed we’d been scammed.

Even now there’s no response or communication. Moral is: don’t pay for quick delivery. Don’t expect them to respond if you have any issues! But - the octopus things are cool.

The email address provided doesn't work, still not had the plushies despite express delivery and no response from the website.

Had a pleasant time purchasing from Octopus plush. Delivery was fast and I’m pleased with it!

Don’t buy anything from this site.I bought some plushies and the other day I got a message that was talking about a code for my mastercard.I was so afraid that they can take my money so I had to cancel my card.

Been scammed, no replies from emails, order never came. Don’t buy from this website

I placed an order on the 9th of January. The order summary said that the deliver was an express delivery of between 1-2 working days. Its already been a week and after several attempts to contact them through the contact us page, no one has come back. there is no customer service nor any way of contacting them. No number. The email they provide is a non-operating email. The tracking number they provided has no information on the package, the shop app that they provide to help track the delivery also has no information on the package.

EDIT: Package has finally arrived, I have contacted customer service before this about 2 more times and still not a response for them. DO NOT TRUST THE EXPRESS DELIVERY SIGN, it isn't true.
