My dog is a heavy chewer
My dog is a heavy chewer, so Kong toys are normally a good shout. We bought the large dots ring, Kahlo chewed through it in under 20 minutes; rather disappointing. Kahlo also got some Kong tennis balls, which she loves and David the Dolphin, who has stayed intact as a tug toy. We thought the edible card was a great idea but Kahlo really couldn't have cared less, but still cute.

Dog treats arrived very quickly after…
Dog treats arrived very quickly after our order. Both our dogs loved them esp the pizzles! Packaged well and great value for money.

Excellent shop!

I am very sorry that you are unhappy with our service.
As we discussed via email, Royal Mail attempted delivery, on time 2 weeks ago but you were not in. This was then left at your local post office for collection or to book another delivery. Unfortunately we cannot do this for you nor can we refund the order while it can still be collected by the customer. As soon as we confirmed the order was being returned to sender, a full refund was issued.
I can also see that you have communicated with a member of our team this morning and confirmed that a full refund was sent several hours before leaving this review.
I understand you are disappointed that an order you placed with us was delivered while you weren't at home. We have apologised and done all we can to help.
Fantastic dog treats
I love Oh Doggy! It has the best treats for my chihuahua, all at brilliant prices which are often discounted.
