I placed my order 7 days ago…
I placed my order 7 days ago and it arrived today, which isn't what is stated on the website. I didn't receive any delivery updates and didn't know it was coming today. No response to my email requesting expected delivery date. 2x12kg bags of Tribal arrived. No best before dates on either. So I can only hope all is okay. Will write to Tribal to advise. Sadly I don't think I would use Oh Doggy again.

Short use by date
The price was competitive because I got an initial discount. For this reason I ordered 6 bags of tribal duck for small breeds for my adult dachshund and 2 bags of tribal puppy food for my 12 week old dachshund. The bags of adult food were fine as have a use by date of 2024 but the puppy food expires in less than 3 months so it will be out of date before my puppy uses it all. I ordered 2 x 2.5 kg bags rather than ordering a 5kg bag ( which would have been cheaper ) purely so that it would be fresher. I wonder what the use by date of the 5kg bag would have been ? I will not order from them again which is a shame as the repeat order price is good.

Order 12kg tribal dog food and it has taken 9 days to get delivered yes there was a bank holiday in the middle but other companies I have ordered through have delivered within 2 days . Had to go to a local pet shop and get the dog some different dog food to get him through until his food got delivered
