Not the best quality of material. Straps not adjustable hence had to pay an additional 40 on alterations. Sizing not the best either. Unfortunately don’t feel the dress is worth what I paid and wouldn’t recommend

I ordered dresses for my five bridesmaids - there were so many options in the colour I wanted, and on first attempt, every bridesmaid picked a dress they love, and they all fit perfectly! All my gals feel amazing in the different styles they've picked, and the quality is just as great as that (and actually a bit better than) a lot of the more expensive websites. Just as good as anything from another popular wedding dress brand but at a fraction of the cost.
Oh hello clothing is also my go to for wedding guest dresses, I have ordered wedding guest dresses from here before, and will be ordering again later this month and I'm never disappointed. Customer service second to none as well - all my queries have been responded to within 24 hours which has given me great peace of mind given how much money I was spending in my orders too!

Bought a dress for a wedding, might I add am over 4 months pregnant with a bump, not a maternity dress. The quality and stretch this dress had was amazing, I got mulitple compliments and it hugged my bump so comfortably, I sized up I allow space though I probably didn’t need to with the stretch that was in the dress. Still fitted amazing 10/10. Will defo be my go to website for dresses going forward.

10/10 service so far. I saw a dress I really liked online but it was out of stock. I emailed to see when it would be back in stock. Sharon went above and beyond to help me get my hands on this dress. It is now on its way to me !! The next day delivery in Ireland is also amazing for last minute purchases.

I absolutely loved the Halsey maxi dress! I wore it as a guest to a wedding, and it was perfect — elegant, flattering, and so comfortable all night. The fabric felt high-quality, and the color looked beautiful in photos. I received so many compliments! It’s one of those dresses that makes you feel confident and effortlessly put together.

I really love the quality of the dresses. They look and feel amazing, and the value for money is great. The customer service was brilliant. It was a nightmare getting my order shipped to my country because of customs, and I was about to lose a lot of money and miss the return deadline, but the team was so helpful and understanding. I’m really grateful for that.

Just a heads-up if you’re ordering from outside the EU: customs can be tricky. I even had to pay customs for the return, which isn’t Hello Clothing’s fault, but definitely something to keep in mind. I ordered 8 dresses to try at home and kept 2. They size a bit small in my opinion, but overall I’m super happy with my purchase and the experience.

There is a large lack of consistency accross all sizing, I ordered 4 size 8 dresses, some were absolutely huge and falling off, another would not go over my legs.

The company have also been completely helpful when it comes to returning the items & are to expensive to return to which you have to pay for out of your own pocket. Awful company, I would not recommend or be using again.

As you choose to change my narrative of all my previous messages - I will re-iterate that I have now said on NUMEROUS occasions, that we tried it on for size - as a customer I absolutely do not expect to have to inspect the product piece by piece for water marks. That is not something that a normal company would expect. This seems to be individual only to OhHello Clothing ! Adherence to the return policy is possibly the only line you keep repeating time after time.. Your narrative of 'fairness and consistency' is not at all what your company stands for - and the responses are practically cut and paste for everyone. Issues are not uniform, issues are not the same for everyone, and should not be wiped out with a 'one for all' response. This is not good business practice, despite what you might think.

Your very smart comment at the end regarding thanking the customers 'that do follow your returns policy' has only prompted me to take further action.

Quite surprised as I have posted a negative review last week, which now mysteriously has gone missing??? Ordered a beautiful yellow dress for my daughters debs, arrived very quickly, and we fit it on very quickly and sizing was perfect. We didn't 'inspect' the dress and as it was tried on at night time, we didn't notice the numerous water stains that were all over the dress. This was only noticed the day before the debs. Large water stains to the front, back and all along the bodice of the dress. Do not dry clean, only spot clean on the label !! Incredible as the 'spots' were so large it would have been impossible to adhere to the instructions. Absolutely no customer service, and were not even willing to refund any amount as the dress was now worn !! Seriously, what was she to wear a day before the debs !! I will never order another item, and will also be telling everyone I know not to order !!

Delivery was very fast and the dress was exactly like the picture and packed perfectly!
The only thing is that sizes runs smaller
