Great customer service
They give you tips on how to save money on your electric bill. They have a rewards program when you cut down on usage. They inform you when your bill has been paid. I'm a new customer so haven't had a lot of experience with them except what I already stated. I'm pleased with them overall and look forward to doing business with them.

Not perfect but not bad either.
I like how I can reduce my energy usage with Ohmconnect. The rewards are enticing, and saving energy using Ohmconnect is simple and effective. However, I wish there were more Ohmhour opportunities. Also, sometimes it is hard to save during Ohmhours because my energy usage is already low. I don't like losing my points when there wasn't much I could do to save, other than leaving the apartment and shutting off all electronics.

My experience with ohm connect was great no problems for anything or with anything at all, I absolutely love 💗 having oh m connect because it is always saving me and my mom $ on our electricity bill saving us Watts as well, surprised 😯 about exactly how much Watts my mom and I have and continue saving and making sure that we have Watts saved and continue to only use electricity 🔌 that is needed to be only used.

Bait and switch tactic, offer not honored
You offered me a $5 monthly credit if I signed up via a Google nest message, but when I signed up within days and asked for it, I was told that offer was not active. It was a total bait and switch tactic. Not cool at all.
