Took at least 20 attempts to finish registration.
Easy to use. Market friendly price. No contract. Happy they provided.
The supplier I was using was raising the price to even higher then the distributor so I had to look for another. This supplier has everything I was looking for under what I was going to be paying and it was very easy to sign up.
The representative, Makala, was very thorough and educated on the products being offered. I am hopeful that I made the right choice.
What I liked about the enrollment process that I was given options to choose from. I chose the one that I thought would be beneficial to me. I saw the rating it was given.
I hope my experience with APG&E will be a positive one.
Choosing a plan can be quite confusing. I signed up for a plan I did not want, but customer care explained my options and helped me fix it and applied accrued charges retroactively they have a new fan!

Horrendous company. I signed up for what I thought was an affordable electric plan. Well last month I received a $500 light bill. I live alone with just my pets in an older home that has mostly natural gas appliances. I also did not owe any from my previous bill. I live on a fixed income. I called to see if I could get an extension on my bill or break it down into smaller payments. They refused to work with me at all. Avoid this company! I don't know if they increased their rates or what, but that bill was ridiculous!

From the beginning of our service with APG&e we have had issues with billing, not the people but the procedure. We continue to receive disconnection notices when we mail our payment as soon as we get it. I have called customer service every month and they have had no problem finding our payment after the notice was mailed the day payment was processed. This month we mailed our payment 1-21-26, due 2-3-26. That's 11 business days. I could have walked it there by then! I am sick and tired of this issue. I set up 3 accounts with APG&E. When I find a more organized company I'll switch!
Look into their fine print. They have the worst termination penalties especially for commercial accounts. I have to pay $8000 to terminate their contract.
BEWARE. Signed up for a 9.4 kwh / 24 month service. Received welcome packet in mail on 7/8 and actual cost was now between 15.0 - 15.9 per kwh. Called company that day & cancelled future scheduled service. Agreement in packet states you have 3 days to cancel. They are now charging me an early termination fee.

I was misinormed about early termination charges.
They are very costly compared to peers.
Early termination is $1,600 compared to others about $200.

No help from customer service.
New customer here. No communication on setting up auto-pay. I got a bill and went and found how to set up auto-pay. Next step was receiving a disconnection notice. I went online and paid it with the same card that was there for auto-pay. I tried calling their customer service but it went to an answering machine with promise to call. NO call. Oh, I miss real customer service.
