There is no way one would easily accept the fact that a corporate entity like OIS Sevices Manchester would be so insensitive as to accept a scheduled nigerian visa appointment for us for a certain date, and apparently it turns out the entity does not operate at the quoted address. Without an advance notice to us before the appointment. We were stranded as a result. Very unprofessional and frustrating. OIS Services could do better.( Especially, the supposed branch in manchester)

Los Angeles office is horrible regarding customer services. They would neither answer your phone calls nor reply to your emails. I have been trying to reach out to them to find out why my visa has not been received 22 days past expected collection day. I am planning a trip to their office.

I received great customer service at my appointment in Manchester, the lady was patient and kind. I just think the OIS website needs to stay updated with many changes that some people only knew about after arriving for their appointment.

I have applied for a number of different countries visas this year and I must say every centre I went to was rather unpleasant and hostile.

Until I went to the OIS office in Manchester for my Nigerian visa application. I was immediately blown away by how calm and clean the environment was. But what really stood out was how friendly and helpful Grace (the lady serving us) was. She was extremely patient and polite and was smiling throughout. Really pleasant lady and made my whole experience a nice one .

Kudos to the team and Grace in particular. We need more people like her in these places because the visa application process is stressful enough already. The last thing you need is stressful staff attending to you

The lady is horrible, poor customer service. She was very rude and this is unacceptable. I will take this forward.

My experience was superb, Grace is very professional at her job. She goes out of the way to assist the customers. High praise goes out to her.

We went to the Manchester office from Sheffield to apply for visas for myself and my 2 daughters. To be honest I was not looking forward to the appointment as I was expecting it to be like visiting the Nigerian Embassy in London........

But what an amazing experience we had! Firstly we parked directly outside the building (wow). The offices are modern, clean and comfortable and there were no queues. In fact there was just us and another family.

We were seen quickly by Grace who single handedly delt with everyone quickly and professionally. She was so helpful, patient and friendly, offering valuable advice with kindness. We were in and out very quickly, not at all what I had been preparing myself for.

Anyone needing a visa wanting to avoid London would be making the right choice in choosing the Manchester office. Grace really went above and beyond, providing amazing customer service.

Grace at the Manchester office was really supportive. She assisted us throughout the arrangement of the documents. Grace made our experience throughout the visa documentation stress free. Also, she knows are job well and it pleasing seeing the improvement Nigeria has made to their services in the diaspora.

The lady working there was amazing, she helped me all through so I was able to get my visa to Nigeria! Thank you so much ! 😊

Grace was so friendly and smiley and helpful. Application process was smooth and straighforward. She gave clear explanation and was very professional.

I applied for my Nigerian visiting visa at the Manchester site. There was an issue with my documents as well as an erroneous booking on my part. I traveled from London for this appointment and nearly panicked. Grace was extremely professional, patient and helpful. She guided me through the process and everything was resolved. This could have been a disastrous day, but Grace really saved the day. Words cannot express how appreciative I am honestly. Thank you Grace!!

I applied for a Nigerian tourist visa and Grace was on hand to help at my appointment. She was very helpful and made a stressful situation a lot easier.

I must say I had an outstanding experience from firstly booking my appointment to attending the office.

Once I booked an appointment, I received a telephone phone call from Grace at the OIS office. She was very helpful as she noted I had booked several slots for my family members on a particular date. Grace called to provide support ensuring I was aware of all the relevant documents required for the appointment. Grace made sure she brought my families appointment slots together so we wouldn't have to wait around all day.

Upon arrival to the Manchester OIS office i got a good parking space. The building was nice and clean and calm. Not like the previous experiences I have had over the many years. I have used the Nigerian embassy, the Leicester OIS and the London OIS all have been a hustle and bustle experience with people shouting and aguring and even fighting with security.

Grace attended to my family and I upon arrival and took us through the process very smoothly. Grace was friendly and served us with a smile throughout our appointment.

I never thought I would see the day I would receive an outstanding service for obtaining a visa. Grace was truly amazing.

Full of praise for the Manchester office, where I headed this week because the London office had no appointments available before my planned trip.

I couldn’t have had a better service. Courteous, friendly, efficient - and very, very helpful when it became apparent we needed to resubmit the application to make the dates work.

OIS Los Angeles Office - Nigerian Visa
If you select this office to process your Nigeria visa, DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. My brother and his wife flew from Oregon for their appointment only to find the door locked. Suddenly a man arrived, opened the door and proceeds to review their appointment slip and told them that their appointment is only to check their documents only. He proceeded to tell them that an agent will contact them about the visa proper. My brother later received a text from someone from WhatsApp asking him to pay $460 x 2 to process a visa when he had already paid $180 x 2 to obtain a visa. DO NOT select this OIs office to process your Nigerian visa, as you will lose your processing fees with no clear explanation as to why….. Book an appointment for a Nigerian visa in a major state instead. Be warned.
