Went into Bristol Cribbs store yesterday. Wanted an item I found online but couldn't find in store. Waited by a member of staff as she chatted to a friend. Finally interupted her to ask if item was in store, she quickly said no and continued chatting to friend and seemed not happy with being asked! And guess what I found the said item myself. Not a good impression of store to me as this was the first time I had visited. Have to say the lady at the desk was really lovely and helpful.

Today my daughter and I went into the Meadowhall branch. I just want to say how amazing the staff were. Extremely friendly and very obviously passionate and happy in their job!
I asked one of the staff members to hide a little gift quickly behind the till for my daughter. They added this discreetly to my bag with my purchase.

After a long wait, an item of stock I was seeking to purchase online, became available.
Not sure of its suitability, the staff at the West Bridgford, Notts store were extremely helpful and accommodating in ordering my item into their store for me to view.
They kept me up to date with its delivery progress and once arrived, offered to assist with transportation to my car!
Highly recommended store - staff couldn’t have been anymore helpful!
Great experience at the Chelmsford store! Helpful and friendly staff...the necklace I was looking for was not in stock, so the lady ordered for me and even following on from a bank-holiday it was delivered a couple of days later! Necklace was called Celeste Star and Moon Chain...and is gorgeous...thankyou!
Amazing service from Hermela at the Ealing Broadway branch that has just opened four weeks ago. I went in there today with my mum and she was so efficient and polite in helping me locate an item. She also was efficient in ordering an item online for me too. Would definitely recommend her 5 star service ! I even mistook her for the manager at how professional and efficient she was ! So pleased with the service will definitely go back again ! Thanks soo much x
What a great company. They always go above and beyond with helping with stock updates and any queries on the live chat. I made a mistake with my delivery and they helped me fix it quickly and efficiently and swapped my order over to Next Day so the present would arrive in time.
Worth a review... Harrogate store.
I returned an online purchase yesterday and from the start of my return the lady was quite rude and obnoxious. I had to show 3 items of proof that what I was returning was mine! Email, card, signature!
Then, I decided to have a little look around before leaving. A gentleman with long hair followed me around every corner of the store! To the point where I left. To top it off staff were having a merchandise meeting on the shop floor blocking views of products and not moving!
This whole experience was awful and I definitely won't be returning!

I’m so disappointed with the quality of my brand new Mami backpack from O.B
The stitching quality is totally appalling where the back straps attach to the body of the bag.
I’ve literally unwrapped it yesterday, used it just once with light weight items in, (it should be able to carry a lot more by the size of the bag), but just a few light items have pulled the straps almost out the panel at the back where they’re MEANT to be stitched in.
I’m am quite disgusted that a bag of this price becomes faulty after 1 use, it’s not fit for purpose at all.
Like another lady said, Oliver Bonas is glorified junk with a ridiculously high price tag.
The bag is now basically unusable after ONE time.
Please no one buy the Mami backpack to save yourself disappointment and money.
UPDATE: I got in touch with O.B as they emailed me for a resolution, and the issue has now been resolved, they let me return the faulty backpack, free of charge, & as soon as I sent them the proof of return, they dispatched my choice of bag as a replacement straight away via express delivery via Evri, I know what you’re thinking, bet it didn’t arrive, but it actually arrived the very next day lol
I chose the Anie Cornflower Blue Backpack.
It’s really lovely and was very well packaged in a nice sturdy box.

I’ve shopped on the Oliver Bonas website several times now. I love the selection of unique homeware and fashion, items are always well packaged and postage is fast.
I’ve recommend this website to my friends and family who love it too.
Placed an order on Saturday 26th April and am still waiting for it Monday 5th May. Contacted customer services via email on Thursday 1st, still no response to date! Contacted via live chat on Saturday 3rd May and asked to wait 48hrs whilst they investigate with Evri. Totally unacceptable, an order worth over £400 that I need refunded. Using poor delivery partners shouldn’t be the consumers problem.
In answer to OBs response, I already have rung this morning and now been told to wait 72hrs for a response!! Will never be ordering from them again.

Their website does not allow reviews. I wanted to give a review about their incense sticks which are very poor quality and I didn’t want anyone else to waste their money by purchasing them, but I couldn’t comment on their site. I told customer services and they said they would refund me but never did.

love Oliver Bonas items but paid for next day delivery service does not happen, numerous orders and at a cost and have not once received next day though ordered well within the time frame and when i look on the evri delivery link it is always standard delivery service used. False advertising and at my cost! Beware!!!

I needed to write a review after receiving some of the best customer service I've ever experienced.
I got a mug from Oliver Bonas back in 2019 and after many years of use it has broken. I was gutted as it was my favourite and reached out to see if they had one laying around somewhere (as it was incredibly old stock, I assumed that it would be a lost cause). I've had various customer service reps contacting me having reached out to various warehouses looking for this mug for me..and they found one! Not only have they gone the extra mile to help a customer from 6 years ago but they have sent it to me free of charge.
I am blown away by their kindness. Fantastic company.
I ordered a lamp which has been delivered. It was exactly as advertised and extremely well packaged. I would have no hesitation on ordering in the future
Website is very glitchy - doesnt recognise your details despite just registering. They offer you a £5 voucher for a first time purchase and when you try to use it the same day you register with the voucher has expired?

I went into Oliver Bonas East Dulwich. I picked up one cardigan and it was clear there was a fault with the top button as it did not lay flat. When I pointed this out, after checking if they had any others, they took it off me ready to put it back for an unsuspecting shopper to pick it up. They also had a range of items reduced to 30%, when I went to buy it, they told me they could not sell it to me. because it was not marked up on the website. If that is the case they should have checked it on the website first. Yes they offered to sell it to me at a lower price, but not at that which they indicated in the shop and the manager blamed the staff!

My boyfriend purchased the 3 hot chocolate bombs as a gift! I found them to be awful. Taste was funny and very watery. Not going to recommend these at all unfortunately!

I never got my refund of £156 for the shoes I returned!
I have emailed customer services repeatedly asking for my refund as the shoes were returned safely< however there has been no reply from them. Also no phone number to talk to anyone.
