Oh dear, a bad decision.
I've caravanned for 40+years and have had several awnings, currently having two Isabellas, one full and the other a little smaller. I need a small awning primarily to just cover the doorway. Your Olpro was bought in haste. We have just returned today, from five days away when your awning was used.
The design looks good in principle but there is no chance of getting the sides against the caravan to reduce rain and wind. It never rained but the inside condensation was just annoying, creating wet patches over itmes kept there.
All I can say about it was that it was easy to put up but I will not be doing that again.
Having purschased many carvan eccessories over the years. I can easily say this was my worst purchase. I will see if a local Charity Shop will have it otherwise it will go to my local recycling centre.
I will not do an on-line review.

Don’t buy a Olpro Cuba V2 awning
I bought an Olpro Cuba V2 awning in July 2025 and used it a handful of times. After the second use a pole broke. Received a replacement but told was a gesture as would count as wear and tear!!! (after 2 uses???) Took the awning with me on my NC500 trip, after second night another pole split. Lucky I had requested a replacement. On my 3rd night using the awning and now it is dripping water from the middle of the inside, the rain is light too. £300 for an awning that is not fit for purpose, total waste of my money. Luckily the rain isn’t bad and it is only meant to rain today. I still have a few more days of my trip left, I expect this awning will end up in the bin at then end. I’ve been camping for nearly 30 years and never had such poor quality. I should have not bothered and kept with my Quechua pop up tent, had that for 15 years and still like new.
Don’t waste your money on this poor quality rubbish, you would think £300 would guarantee a useable awning that does not leak and have poles that don’t split.

Excellent support with awning aribeam replacement
I have had excellent customer service from OLPRO. I ordered a new airbeam for my 5 year old Uno Breeze awning. Because I have one of the very early models of Uno Breeze it didn’t fit properly. However OLPRO arranged to collect the awning, put a new inner tube in the original fabric sleeve, and return it to me as good as new. Thanks to Sarah for excellent communications throughout.

Fantastic item!
Quick dispatch. Quality product. My son took it on his week long residential as he hate sleeping bags and this was perfect according to him. He not only used it for sleeping, he wore it as a poncho for night time activities and was the envy of all the kids and staff. Thank you for a great product!

The 2 air windbreaks arrived on time. They were a bargain and are not compromised on quality etc. All guy ropes attached. The extra shaped material parts at both ends are fab as you can peg these down first. Especially handy if it's windy.

Tents for Scout Group

Good service
The caravan cover was reasonably priced and the delivery was quick. The cover fits the caravan perfectly with well placed zips for access. Time will tell whether it lasts longer than other makes of cover.

Brought an Olpro 390 inflatable awning…
Brought an Olpro 390 inflatable awning with a lifetime warranty 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lasted one night was ripped from the caravan in 25mph winds I put it up as per instructions.
Every other awning hadn’t moved.
Phoned Olpro and was told I would not get a refund due to “excessive weather conditions “
Disgusting customer service didn’t want to help in any way.
