I orded an Air Porch which should have included a pump. The pump was not included.I advised Olpro of the situation. Olpro sent one by return. No quibble they just dealt with it and put things right.

The order was delivered quickly. However the product is not really working as described. Condensation is still collecting on windows!

Purchased a pack of 2 awning stops
Purchased a pack of 2 awning stops, very simple idea, have not used yet but will anchor my Sun Canopy in the caravan awning rail so should be perfect, expensive for what they are, delivery was a issue from the courier used taking a long time to deliver to my door but time of year most probably did not help.

Easy to purchase
Easy to purchase, but sadly one off the three tensioner straps for tightening the van cover came right off where it was stitched. But otherwise pleased with the product, covers my van perfectly.

Thanks for bundling the sets
Just to say thanks for bundling the sets. I bought 4 sets when first motorhoming 10 yrs ago. Broke 2 cups within months with HOT water for tea. Replaced those ok. Went 9 years then broke a dish but didn't see replacements. And then recently dropped 2 dinner plates that shattered on a stone floor. Thought they would be out of manufacture but found the bundled sets so restocked so now breakages are not so painful.

Zip bust during fitting
No instructions on how best to fit the cover, one of the zips bust while fitting which I needed to repair.
