We’re sorry to hear the suction cups weren’t in perfect condition on arrival. This can occasionally happen due to pressure during transit or packaging.
We recommend submerging the suction cups in hot water for a few minutes to soften the plastic, which should help them return to their original shape. Placing a flat weight on them while they cool can also help restore their form.
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, we do have spare suction cups available and would be more than happy to arrange replacements for you.

It took over a week to arrive due to an…
It took over a week to arrive due to an issue with Evri. Olpro did respond and resend the items. The wrong colours!
I need the awning and there wont be time to send it back ( due to the late delivery ) and get another. So have mixed feelings about this company and probably won't buy from them again.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait over a week due to the Evri delay, especially when you needed the awning for a specific time. While courier issues are unfortunately outside of our control, we do always aim to respond quickly and resolve things as soon as possible — which is why we arranged for the items to be resent.
We’re very sorry that the replacement was sent in the wrong colours. That’s certainly not the experience we want any customer to have, particularly when you’re working to a deadline and don’t have time to return and exchange before your trip.
If you’re still within your 30-day return period and the items are unused and in their original packaging, we would of course be happy to arrange a return once you’re back, if that’s something you’d like to do. Alternatively, please contact our customer service team directly with your order details so we can look into what happened with the colour mix-up and see if there’s anything further we can do to help.

easy to put up but it leaks even if it’s just a very light shower, so can only be used in dry weather
It’s worth reading other reviews re leaking there clearly is a problem with this product and their other products
After getting in touch with their customer service team they are saying it’s condensation mmmmmm

Also if you have a sprinter van you can not open or shut the side door which they do not state in their description

All OLPRO awnings are designed to be waterproof and are tested to withstand wet weather. The Cubo Tunnel Awning also includes a seam sealer kit, which can be used if any stitching points require additional treatment.

Reasonably priced item and seems decent…
Reasonably priced item and seems decent quality. At the time of writing I am away in the van and there has been no condensation on the Windscreen. Delivery was quick enough too so I would highly recommend this item.

Looks beautiful and feels soft and very cosy
I ordered. The item was in the sale so the price was particularly great and the product arrived in a couple of days. I really like the blanket, but I won't be using it until the late spring most likely. The Fleece side is much softer then I expected and the blanket is big. It will dwarf me but I won't mind on a chilly evening.

Nice quality caravan cover that arrived quickly. Bought the small version for our Basecamp 2. Good fit overall, but the front end of the Basecamp means the cover has a bit of slack material above the locker (front window) area. No big deal, still happy with the cover and nothing a couple of bungees wouldn’t sort, but may try fitting it the opposite way round, so tension straps are across the front of the caravan.

The slight slack above the front locker area can happen with certain front profiles, but you’re spot on — a couple of bungees can tidy that up, and it’s definitely worth trying it the other way round to see which way gives the best tension with the straps.

Christmas gift.
I bought a “Blanko” for my sister for Christmas as she has a tiny camper van which she uses for short breaks away. She was thrilled with the gift, had seen them on her travels and really coveted one.
She is currently snuggled in it at home, enjoying Christmas films and dreaming of her next camper van adventures.
