Emma was excellent and efficiency of getting back to me.
But in my opinion, the issue was not resolved. I just had to settle for the offer.
I feel the company looks out more for itself than it does its customers. Full refund should have been offered, and I should've been able to return the item at a reasonable cost.

Emma was very helpful she responded to me promptly every time I emailed her.

This website is a bs scam I ordered tv sticks none of them work and I bout four they charged me for 8 and sent me eight . Got the package plugged them in NOT ONE WORKS. And they also will not send me a refund at all . 330$ bs scam ass website just want everyone else to know don’t buy nothing from this website it’s false advertisement!!!

The item they sent was not what we expected. They charged us more and charged a membership we did not want, we got no response after sending emails, we wanted to return the item but never got an answer so we drop the item of 101$ in the garbage and called the bank to cancel the amount they took for the membership. The item was like a firestick that you can buy elsewhere for 39,00$. A reel scam

Emma was supportive and thoroughly dedicated to actually responding to my questions and also to offering alternate solutions to the problem I was having.

Ordered a TV Stick because they said -among other things no subscriptions, free shipping. I'm retired and on fixed income, I have to save every penny I can. I'm all ready buying day old bread, cut out all snacks, and drinks except garden hose water and I have to steal internet from a kindly neighbor, cause I feed her cat when she's out of town. As soon as I ordered it, up popped up $19.03 more than I clicked on.. Well. I complained immediately, and they said sorry, we immediately shipped but you have a 30 day return. My BS detector was alarming.. Them claiming the Free Shipping was only if you buy 3. I live alone, I have 1 TV why would I want 3? $19.03 to ship a 2 ounce package. It finally arrived and it would not work as advertised. I opened a dispute with my Credit card company and the gal at the CC company said check TRUST PILOT before ordering anything on the internet. Way too many scams that target poor and elderly. I checked and they have more 1 star reviews than 5 star reviews, and the 5 star reviews, must be their relatives. What a hassle to get my refund. I suggest if it's not on Amazon,. don't buy it. At least Amazon return policy is immediate. This is as much as a scam as $39 a month car insurance..

Customer service was very attentive with my matter. Even though it wasn’t exactly to my satisfaction, it was a fair settlement and I appreciate the quick response.

Emma solved my problem right away and was super friendly.

i ordered 2 tv flix sticks, but somehow got charged 6 and got delivered 6. They don't work like advertised, they are a scam... don't fall for it, for what i read by others who had the same problem... getting a refund takes over 8 months and they received the package back, no money... stay away... Emma was quick in response to help but it is obvious that is just a facade... u won't get your money back ! Oh and forget opening a dispute via paypal... you have to dispute thru omihome... convenient for them !!

First, the response from Emma, the Customer Service Agent, was very quick, and she was good at explaining the return policy and how to return the items to CHINA. I had thought I ordered 3 Flix Sticks, but somehow I was charged for and received five.
Because I have a Roku Strip in each of my three TVs, I did not have enough room to install the Flix Sticks. I advised Omihomestore that I was unable to make the sticks work and requested authorization to return them. I was advised that the sticks had to be returned to China, where they would be inspected and the return authorized.
I believe Omihomestore did offer a 50% refund at the time, but I thought that if I complied with their requirements, I could do better. I shipped the sticks via USPS to the address they provided in China on November 26, 2025.
The package cleared customs on May 24. I received a notification that the package finally cleared customs and was delivered to the address in China on May 24, 2026. On June 24, 2026, my package was returned to me with lots of Chinese symbols on the outside.
When I notified Omihomestore of the return, they offered me a 50% refund, which I accepted.
Lesson learned. If you order something online, make sure you read all the fine print about returns and refunds. Once you place the order, you cannot change it. A lot of companies do not stock the items. If they come from China, it may take a while to receive them, and it is almost impossible to get a refund.
