Placed an order a little over 6 weeks ago, and another a little over 5 weeks ago. Most was received in a timely manor, but a couple items i was given 8/13 date, then once that date passed was given 8/23.....here it is 9/1 and items say on back order... when i ordered there was a lot still in stock. Zero email updates on the "back order" and a bunch of ticked off parents wondering why their kids still dont have jackets!! Called a week ago as well and was just told it basically that it should be shipping out soon.... well how soon is soon?? Busy seasons happen, but come on... this is insane and communication is terrible from them.

Great Product, HORRIBLE customer service. Spent hours on hold to speak with a manager only to be told I'd receive a call back, sent several emails since 8/20 and I have still not received a call or an email back. I refuse to waste my time on hold anymore. Sending a letter to corporate as I am owed a credit for the HORRIBLE handling of my last order that was 2 weeks late leading to my girls missing picture day and their first game in their uniforms when an employee guaranteed me my order would ship 8/13 for an order placed a month prior. SUCH A BUMMER BECAUSE WE ALWAYS USED THEM. TIME TO MOVE ON AFTER MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY GETS MY MONEY BACK.

I ordered a pair of cheer shoes, 2 pairs of spandex and poms on 8/26. It is currently 8/31 and my order still hasn’t processed. I need these items by our first game this week and have no hopes of them even being processed in time since it’s already been more than 72 business hours. I have emailed and no response was given. Update* thank you Omni cheer for answering. I understand that the poms are on back order. I had to return the shoes because they were the wrong size but thank you for shipping them out

Update: still waiting at the 7 week mark and has not even shipped according to my order information on the site. Lesson learned.

This is a horrible site to order from if you want it for the current season. Ordered a bag and told 3-4 weeks and we are at 4 with no update and when I called was told its now up to 7 regardless of when you ordered it. At this rate the season will be over by time the bag comes.

Do not order from them if you want your order on time and complete. My order STILL has not arrived after 2+ weeks and the only update I got was on a review I posted. They don’t answer emails or the customer service phone department gives you the run around. Everything I ordered was IN STOCK when I paid for it and now after weeks of waiting for it to ship, they said it’s backordered.
This is suppose to be a legitimate uniform supply company but I have had nothing but trouble. Don’t expect any help if you call and don’t expect a reply to an email.

Called customer service after the order was still not shipped after 6 days. After waiting on hold for 37 minutes, a representative stated that it takes 72 hours to process even though the website says 24-48 hours. Had I known it would take this long, I would've upgraded the shipping speed (even though ground shipping is already too expensive IMO). I asked if I could upgrade my shipping since I need the items within the next couple of days and was told I could not. Taking 6 days to process a non-customized order is unacceptable and then charging $10 for shipping that still takes 4-10 days! Plus, there is no warning of the long processing delay.

I placed an order on Aug 17, one of 4 orders this season. After 8 days, 3 phone calls and 2 emails with no reply, I still have not received an update and my order is still processing. Processing on their website says 24-48 hours, everything I ordered was in stock and no customization. All I have asked for is an update and can not even get a response.
Our first game is this Saturday, August 28 and we don't have uniforms or briefs. Very poor customer service. I should have received my order, or at the very least an update. I can't even get tracking on one order that supposedly shipped a week ago.

I have a very small cheer team (literally 6) . I placed an order on July 17, 2021; expecting that shipping and production would take 4 weeks. Given that it’s been 5 weeks, I still don’t have shells or bags for my girls and game day is literally today. I’m disappointed to say the least . I’ve emailed the company twice. Called in after trying to view the details on what’s going on with my order and it said it was canceled . That simply cannot happen . I checked again today and now I can’t view any details on what’s going on with my order . I at least want to have them for next weeks game . I didn’t expect any of this to occur at all.

REPLY TO OMNI: The first game just passed this Friday 8/20/21. They wore t shirts and skirts and from the looks of it, this Friday coming up they will probably be wearing shirts again for the second game.

UPDATE: package to be delivered tomorrow it took xactly 6 weeks to get here so keep that in mind when you order with Omni overall they did great with communication.

Nothing but the run around from Omni cheer. My order was completed per their website and was ready to ship. Next day site states my order is cancelled and to call. I call and NO one is able to to help. I called three times in one day and not a single person could give me an answer as to if my order was cancelled or when my order would ship.
Still haven’t received my order.

Do not order from Omni cheer.

Ordered my shoes on 13th and they still haven’t arrived when i was told it was going to be 1-2 business days

Do not order. Check BBB they have 1 out of 5. They will not refund after they cancel your order. They have not been helpful at all. I have called and emailed. Asked to speak with supervisor and none are available. So then I left number for call back as suggested and never received a call back.

I ordered popular cheer shoes in the beginning of August with 3 day shipping. My shoes were late with no tracking information. After 5 days I contacted the company via email. They never responded, I shot them a dm on Instagram and they told me my shoes were back ordered and apologized for the inconvenience. There shipping is horrible, the only thing they could do was have me size up and refund the shipping. I am now sitting out of cheer because of their mistake. Wouldn’t recommend there shipping if you need it on time.

Thank you for honoring your discount and taking care of my order promptly. Would recommend them especially for teams.

I placed an order for an entire cheer program on June 16, 2021 and approximately four weeks later I was advised that the shell tops I placed an order for are now on back order with an additional four weeks after they receive them for customizations which would have left my girls with no shell tops for the entire football season. 1. Why wasn't I advised of this stocking shortage earlier than four weeks later? 2. Why when I placed the order was there plenty in stock? I was advised to change styles of shell tops (which I did) in order to get them in time for season. I have a 'need by date' of no later than August 18, 2021. I believe placing an order two months before needing the item was more than enough time to get these in however now I am being told that they are expected to be completed on August 19, 2021 then additional shipping days after that. My team photos are on August 22, 2021 and the first game is August 28, 2021 and I am being told that these items may not arrive in time for these events. Not to mention leaving my families no time for alterations. I am more than stressed with this company as I believe I did my part of ordering items well in advance and due to their end my girls may not have a shell for their first game or pictures. 9 to 10 weeks from initial order should be more than enough time. Every time I call I get a different response as to when they would be done. So truly I have no idea when they will be in which is not fair to my girls or parents who spent a lot of money for these uniforms. Other companies I have used have shipped out quicker and have had consistent responses. I do not know why this company is not prepared better for "their busy season" as this is a cheer company and their busy season is always the same.

As of 8/13/21 I have yet to receive a shipment notification and online portal is still saying that it is in customization. Can you update me when I can expect a confirmation of shipment email??

I placed an order and it has yet to even be processed. I found what i needed in a different store so i no longer need it, and its not letting me return it. I tried calling about the issue, but the phone doesn't even ring. It just says the line is busy. Never giving this place my money again!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with !! Return & exchange policy sucks. I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter and unfortunately they were to small (shoes run small) I paid for shipping with my first order then had to pay to send them back and they you have to pay for shipping again. I contacted customer service and they told me the shoe was sold out in the size I needed. Guess what? The website never said that and my mom some how was able to order my daughters correct size. If you can avoid using omni cheer, do not shop with them

I ordered a fit kit for my elementary school dance team in late February of 2020. Then the pandemic happened. We did not know we would be out of school for the an entire year. I could not get into the school until last week. I called to see if I could send the kit back so I could use the $300 to actually purchase the warm ups to at least give my little ones a little bit of normalcy. I was told no I could not get my money back even though I wanted to use it for the warm ups. Fit kits are due back in 30 days. NO EXCEPTS apparently pandemics is not an excuse. We are a Title 1 district. My school is 99% low income. My team does not have money to waste and I don't have it to donate. I have used this company several times in the past however I won't be using them anymore.

Ordered a gift for Christmas on Nov. 12 and today is Dec. 12 and have not received it. It says item on back order but when I called, the agent said it was being personalized. First and LAST experience with Omni Cheer.
