Great Customer Support

While onboarding from 2 other email providers, I had some pretty specific things I needed to set up within my emails and lists.

The live support - Emma specifically - was able to walk me through the exact best way to set up what I needed to, including screen recording videos and multiple options to achieve what I was hoping to.

The process made me so excited to get the rest of my automations set up!

I moved from Klaviyo to Omnisend and…

I moved from Klaviyo to Omnisend and the transition experience was very good. I applied for the migration on friday and the team finished everything 6 days later, on thursday. I didn't had time to fully review the setup since then, but got some time today, and also I had some questions about the automations they rebuild for me based on what I was using in Klaviyo. What surprised me is that even today on Sunday, their support was available and answering me fast. This is the main reason why I really recomend them, the team is there when you need them, not only on working days.
P.S. One small suggestion, consider adding Whats App as a channel in the future, that would be cherry on the top.

We have been using Omnisend for 3–4…

We have been using Omnisend for 3–4 years now (Since Sep 30, 2022), and it has been a consistently useful tool for our business. Everything we need for our messaging and email marketing campaigns is housed right within the app, and we haven’t run into any issues. For our business needs, Omnisend is a great choice and we are very happy with it.

If I could recommend one improvement, it would be the ability to send a true plain-text email. Currently, even the "plain text" templates are wrapped in HTML, which causes the text to be centered in the inbox.

We would love the option to send emails that look exactly like a 1-to-1 message sent from a personal Gmail account. This would help our automated outreach feel more personal and less "automated." Other than that, it’s a fantastic platform!

Omnisend customer service is terrible …

Omnisend provides a very reliable platform. While there is still room for improvement, they genuinely offer one of the best marketing tools for e commerce stores.

The most important thing for me is knowing that emails actually reach customers, so the effort put into campaigns is not wasted.

Their ready to use templates, the email system, and especially the campaign booster stand out.

BIG MISTAKE

BIG MISTAKE

Worst onboarding experience ever. I had to chase them so many times. They have layers for support that is dysfunctional.

I was happy with Yotpo but they stopped SMS and they recommended to move these guys.

Unfortunately waste of time and loss of potential revenue.

We want to clarify what happened with the SMS setup. Promotional SMS messages to UAE numbers require a registered Sender ID, which is a government requirement. This registration process is handled by the local SMS provider and requires very specific documentation. In your case, the initial submission was missing required details, which led to follow-up requests and unavoidable back and forth before the provider could proceed with verification.

We understand how this can feel like unnecessary delays, particularly when timing and revenue are critical. While we guided the process and kept you informed, the approval timeline and requirements are ultimately controlled by the SMS provider and local regulations, not by our platform.

That said, your feedback about the onboarding and support experience is important to us, and we’ll be using it to improve how we set expectations and guide customers through regulated SMS setups like this. If you’re open to continuing the onboarding, our team is here to help and happy to support you further.

Great Customer Service

I've been using Omnisend for a little over a year now, and by far the best aspect of the platform is the customer service. Although I've had a few connectivity issues, the Omnisend agents are always available and really helpful.

Comparatively to other email platforms, Omnisend helps you with your specific issues in depth. Other than the customer service, the reporting is really beginner-friendly - overall I would recommend Omnisend!
