Plus de templates email le rendraient encore meilluer

I had some issues with spam bots and…

I had some issues with spam bots and flood of fake signups, and support was genuinely helpful. They walked me through what to implement in our forms to prevent this from happening again and also helped mitigate the damage that was already done.

I ran into a few challenges setting up…

I ran into a few challenges setting up SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, and Burak was a huge help. He walked me through which records go where and even shared a few recordings made specifically to explain how everything works. As a non tehnical person, that made a biiig difference. Thanks Burak!!

Omnisend isn't perfect feature-wise, but it's close. Customer support is what makes the difference, and that's what pushes this to 5 stars, otherwise, it would be between 4-5 stars to me.

FRAUDS

FRAUDS. Be careful working with this company. If you prepay for let's say $5000 in credits, run a campaign then if it gets flagged they will not only suspend your campaign but remove your credits from your account. I had about $4000 left on my account and they literally removed my entire balance and said it was because we had a high bounce rate and can't run on their software. They would not return the funds. Complete frauds.

I noticed my monthly pricing went up in…

I noticed my monthly pricing went up in November and then December's invoice was a bit higher, so I was honestly I little unpleasantly surprised at first. After reaching out, customer support calmly walked me through everything, turns out the increase was because I gained a bunch of new subscribers in November, which is actually a nice problem to have. They also showed me how to clean up inactive contacts to keep the cost lower going forward.

Free plan but still great service

Woocommerce integration was smooth, the free plan gives enough to test things properly, and the support has been surprisingly awesome considering I'm not even on a paid plan. Friendly and actually solves stuff. No complaints so far, just wish SMS pricing in the Baltics was a bit lower.

Misleading information to get you upgrading to pro plan!

Upon signing up, I was shown the information on their website that I would be getting 6,090 monthly sms with the pro plan. So I signed up to the pro plan (which I also took a screenshot of this information shown on my computer and have proof of this). I, then, sent my first sms campaign to 1,161 contacts and their website showed that my sms credit was already almost used up! I contacted support and was told that the original message with 6,090 monthly sms shown to me was just an estimate though this *estimate* part was never shown or included in their information when I signed up. I'm truly disappointed and feel like I was scammed to use their pro plan.

When you upgrade to the Pro plan, you receive monthly SMS credits equal to the price of your plan. The number of SMS messages shown during signup is always an estimate because actual SMS costs vary by country and by message length. This means the system can’t display a guaranteed fixed number, only an approximate value.

In your case, you did receive your full monthly SMS allowance. The credits were used more quickly because SMS messages sent to the UK are more expensive compared to the U.S. rate used for estimation, which reduces the total number of messages that can be sent with the same credit amount.

To help clarify this during signup, the plan page includes an information (“i”) icon next to the estimate, noting that the actual number of SMS may differ based on recipient country pricing. Still, we understand how this could have been confusing, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

We will be using your feedback to improve the clarity of our signup process — especially around how SMS estimates are communicated — to ensure this information is even clearer for future users.

Biggest scammers

Biggest scammers. I bought their marketing email service for Black Friday, but due to a glitch in their system I couldn’t upload my contacts. This wasted 48 hours and I missed my Black Friday promotion email. I finally asked them to refund my money so I could buy another email-marketing service, and the live agent said, “wait 48 hours and we will see what we can do about the refund.”

What do you mean “we will see”? It’s clearly your service that isn’t working. You wasted my time and made me miss Black Friday, and now you’re saying you’ll see if you can refund me? I’m going to sue them for causing me to lose my Black Friday sales

After reviewing your case, we confirmed there was a brief initial glitch with the contact upload, which was resolved, and your file was imported successfully. However, the core issue preventing your campaign from being sent was not related to the upload itself, but to the consent status of contacts within the list you shared with our support team. All contacts in that file were marked as non-subscribed, indicating they had not given consent to receive email marketing.

Due to compliance requirements, including GDPR and other email marketing regulations, we are legally required to respect each contact’s consent status. This means that our support team cannot convert non-subscribers into subscribers on your request, override their consent settings, or send promotional content to individuals who have not opted in. This is a safeguard to protect both senders and recipients, and ensures deliverability and compliance for everyone.

On the billing side, our support team informed you that refund reviews can take up to 48 hours, and your request was processed within that communicated timeframe. In addition, any refunds must be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service, and your case was succesfully processed following those guidelines.

So far so good

So far so good! I recently started using Omnisend for my new brand, Truthkins.com, and I'm pretty happy with the app and support.
I've tried Klaviyo and MailChimp in the past and I am sticking with Omnisend due to price, UI, support and ease of use.

DO NOT USE - Shocking Customer Service

Unfortunately Trust Pilot doesn't allow me to give zero stars, but I want to. I used their email marketing service to send out a few thousand emails. They had a promotion which I purchased for fixed number of emails with start and end date for the deal. Everything was ok until I realised they had been charging my card beyond the deal I had purchased WITHOUT my direct CONSENT. I did not directly authorise the payments, they just charged me monthly for a service I didn't use or authorise directly, they just opted me into a monthly charging plan without my consent. So naturally contacted them and they REFUSED POINT BLANK to refund me even though I did authorise the payments. AT NO Time did I re-enter my card details authorizing the monthly billing of my card and that's the whole truth and nothing but the truth. DO NOT use the email service as their customer service is shocking. This is sharp practice and if this is there idea of customer service god help them, because I won't be returning and I will be telling everyone why they shouldn't even think about using them either. Good news I contacted my helpful bank, who will challenge the payments and arrange for chargebacks if they don't want to give me my hard earned money back!

When you activated the promotion, it applied a 30% discount to the first three months of a standard recurring subscription plan. This type of promotion doesn’t convert the plan into a fixed-term package — it simply reduces the cost of the first three billing cycles of an ongoing subscription. The recurring nature of the plan, as well as the price after the promotional period, was displayed during checkout and outlined in the Terms of Use agreed to when your account was created. In our Terms of Use, it is explicitly stated that subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, which is why the subsequent charges occurred.

To clarify how billing worked in your case: your card details were entered directly during the subscription activation process, which initiated a recurring plan immediately. Invoices and receipts were generated for each billing period and sent to you regularly. The subscription could be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Once a recurring subscription is activated, no additional monthly authorization is required for charges to be processed.

Based on this setup, the payments you received were processed under an active recurring subscription that remained open.

Regarding the dispute you initiated with your bank, you are absolutely entitled to challenge any charge you believe is incorrect, and we fully respect that right. We will cooperate with your bank throughout their review.

Once again, we’re genuinely sorry that your experience felt disappointing, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. Your experience matters to us, and we’re here to help clarify anything that remains unclear.
