I had some issues with spam bots and flood of fake signups, and support was genuinely helpful. They walked me through what to implement in our forms to prevent this from happening again and also helped mitigate the damage that was already done.

I ran into a few challenges setting up SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, and Burak was a huge help. He walked me through which records go where and even shared a few recordings made specifically to explain how everything works. As a non tehnical person, that made a biiig difference. Thanks Burak!!

Omnisend isn't perfect feature-wise, but it's close. Customer support is what makes the difference, and that's what pushes this to 5 stars, otherwise, it would be between 4-5 stars to me.

FRAUDS. Be careful working with this company. If you prepay for let's say $5000 in credits, run a campaign then if it gets flagged they will not only suspend your campaign but remove your credits from your account. I had about $4000 left on my account and they literally removed my entire balance and said it was because we had a high bounce rate and can't run on their software. They would not return the funds. Complete frauds.

Great app overall. I just wish it had a few extra features.. like WhatsApp integration so I could reach out to my customers there.. Support said they'll share the idea with their product team, so hoping that happens.. Otherwise satisfied.

I noticed my monthly pricing went up in November and then December's invoice was a bit higher, so I was honestly I little unpleasantly surprised at first. After reaching out, customer support calmly walked me through everything, turns out the increase was because I gained a bunch of new subscribers in November, which is actually a nice problem to have. They also showed me how to clean up inactive contacts to keep the cost lower going forward.

Woocommerce integration was smooth, the free plan gives enough to test things properly, and the support has been surprisingly awesome considering I'm not even on a paid plan. Friendly and actually solves stuff. No complaints so far, just wish SMS pricing in the Baltics was a bit lower.

Upon signing up, I was shown the information on their website that I would be getting 6,090 monthly sms with the pro plan. So I signed up to the pro plan (which I also took a screenshot of this information shown on my computer and have proof of this). I, then, sent my first sms campaign to 1,161 contacts and their website showed that my sms credit was already almost used up! I contacted support and was told that the original message with 6,090 monthly sms shown to me was just an estimate though this *estimate* part was never shown or included in their information when I signed up. I'm truly disappointed and feel like I was scammed to use their pro plan.

Biggest scammers. I bought their marketing email service for Black Friday, but due to a glitch in their system I couldn’t upload my contacts. This wasted 48 hours and I missed my Black Friday promotion email. I finally asked them to refund my money so I could buy another email-marketing service, and the live agent said, “wait 48 hours and we will see what we can do about the refund.”
What do you mean “we will see”? It’s clearly your service that isn’t working. You wasted my time and made me miss Black Friday, and now you’re saying you’ll see if you can refund me? I’m going to sue them for causing me to lose my Black Friday sales

Unfortunately Trust Pilot doesn't allow me to give zero stars, but I want to. I used their email marketing service to send out a few thousand emails. They had a promotion which I purchased for fixed number of emails with start and end date for the deal. Everything was ok until I realised they had been charging my card beyond the deal I had purchased WITHOUT my direct CONSENT. I did not directly authorise the payments, they just charged me monthly for a service I didn't use or authorise directly, they just opted me into a monthly charging plan without my consent. So naturally contacted them and they REFUSED POINT BLANK to refund me even though I did authorise the payments. AT NO Time did I re-enter my card details authorizing the monthly billing of my card and that's the whole truth and nothing but the truth. DO NOT use the email service as their customer service is shocking. This is sharp practice and if this is there idea of customer service god help them, because I won't be returning and I will be telling everyone why they shouldn't even think about using them either. Good news I contacted my helpful bank, who will challenge the payments and arrange for chargebacks if they don't want to give me my hard earned money back!
