Honestly just needed something simple to send a few promos, ended up sticking with it. Easy to use, does what I need, and doesn't make me want to throw my laptop. Only thing I would ask for is better mobile editing, but everything else works just as expected.

I have an account with Omnisend. Their representative emailed me from official email address saying I will not be charged for unsubscribed contacts.
My total email contacts are 4600. My subscrbed contacts were little over 3200 when I subscribed. They billed me for 3500 contacts.
Now after a week they blocked me to send campaign saying my unique contacts are 3502. Even today total subscribed emails are 3240. Their AI gave me generic response. When I got connected to customer service person, she also gave me generic response. She ignored the snapshots I sent about email proof, the screenshot of my live account and questions related to it. Instead, she replied like good news more contacts more customers, suggested to delete inactive customer to reduce billing and also mentioned that billing plans are determined basis both subscribed and unsubscribed contacted. Till now she had already ignored my screenshots and messages. I did share again then no response.

By far the best email/marketing automation software I've used (and I've tried a lot). They also have a free tier which is incredible and essential for small businesses that are just starting! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's a bit of a smaller company (compared to something like mailchimp), so for some things I have to program an automation through make.com or zapier, but I don't mind too much!

It's really easy to connect this email marketing app with Woocommerce, and also simple to set up automations that run when something happens in Woocommerce. I really love the dynamic discount codes feature in Omnisend, discount codes we send in newsletter and automated emails are created automatically - unique for each customer. Only thing I would love to see is an option to preview product images right in the customer's inbox so they see them before even opening the email.

I'm on the free trial and honestly, I'm impressed. I'm not exactly tech-savvy, and I had paid quite a bit to get workflows set up on Yotpo. With Omnisend? Setting up workflows wasn't a huge challenge, felt like something I can actually do myself. No stress, one quick support ticket and done.

As someone just getting started with email marketing, it wasn't easy at first to figure out how to set everything up properly for my store. But your video guides and knowledge base were incredibly helpful, especially when it comes to setting up automations. The built-in presets are very solid, which made things easier.
One thing that would really help small businesses like ours would be the option to automatically redirect replies to different mailbox instead of the default sender email address. That would make things smoother for our store.

After much research I decided to move my email marketing, after 7 years with Mailchimp, to Omnisend. It promised so much, especially it's strong integration and powerful tools for Shopify. THIS PLATFORM DOES NOT FULLY INTEGRATE WITH SHOPIFY. I spent DAYS and DAYS and DAYS creating all my automated flows, only to realise that Omnisend hadn't sync'd my customer order data fully. I have customers who have ordered 22 times in Shopify, only showing 3 in Omnisend, I have customers who have ordered 15 times in Shopify only showing 1 in Omnisend - every customer I have looked into does not show the correct order number, so this means ALL my segments and triggers DO NOT WORK correctly. I have spent HOURS and HOURS and HOURS on the Omnisend live chat, i've spoken to 6 or 7 different people, who all took my on a wild goose chase making changes to my segment and email triggers, even though I mentioned several times that I didn't see what difference this would make if the actual order data wasn't correct. I was dismissed, and as they are 'experts' went along with all the changes they progressively asked me to make, and guess what, NONE OF IT WORKED because the customer order data isn't correct!!! It's been passed to technical teams, developers, etc and still it's not correct. I've paid for my membership for 3 months upfront (as a small business this is a lot!), I emailed them separately begging for help over a week ago and have had no reply, and now my live chat contact has gone quiet. I'm behind in all areas of my business as this has taken up so much of my time - JUST AVOID.
