Bad service…

The product/clock does not match the description. and I wrote to support team and ask
“can the watch switch between 12/24 hours, if not I will not buy it”
I received the following response:

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. I keep writing emails to supportonealways.com to help me with my package. I ordered something completely different than what I have received(wrong item delivery). I feel very frustrated and scammed since the only way to contact them is through their email and, at first, they replied but only once. Then, they ignored me for over a week now, after sending them all details necessary to find out what has been wrong.

I will buy more stuff.

The best price I could find for the spesific product, shipped from China to Sweden in about two weeks. Accurate tracking all the way until it was delivered on my door.
I am pleased with the store and its quik handling, I will proberly buy from them again, check the prices!
