A big thank you to Olivia
A big thank you to Olivia for being so kind, patient and attentive. Being given the tools to continue the process of managing my anxiety will really help me in the run up to my A Levels and when I start university in the Autumn. My motivation and organisation has greatly improved. I am sure I will use these skills often as I go through life.

i felt really comfortable with my therapist, he showed me some decent techniques to help me and he was patient which helped me feel more comfortable with opening up to him, we've agreed it wasn't there right kind of therapy to begin with since i still haven't been diagnosed for adhd or autism yet but when i am and i need therapy again for that i really hope to get james again

Pritesh creates a safe, non-judgemental environment and has a calm, supportive approach, while also being able to appropriately challenge unhelpful thought patterns. I always felt understood, and his guidance helped me develop a clearer and more balanced perspective, particularly around anxiety and self-criticism.
Since working with Pritesh, my anxiety has reduced significantly, my relationships have improved, and I feel more confident and able to cope with challenges both personally and professionally. The changes have been meaningful and long-lasting.

My therapist John was superb
My therapist John was superb—I can’t speak highly enough of him. After experiencing a bereavement, I hit rock bottom and was really struggling to cope. John was empathetic, non-judgemental, and genuinely caring throughout. His calm and supportive environment made this healing journey a success. I’ve learned so much about myself and have been given an invaluable toolkit to help me navigate any future challenges that may arise.

Sue my therapist was brilliant. She was kind and thoughtful in her approach and very skilled at bringing together the many issues i had to deal with. She listened well to what I said. She provided me with the reassurance i needed and gave me just the right number of resources and amount of information such that I did not feel overwhelmed at any point. I have learnt useful new skills and gained the confidence to continue on my journey.
Excellent CBT experience
I completed 10 CBT sessions with Onebright, and my experience from start to finish was extremely positive. From booking appointments through to completing therapy, the staff were consistently kind, polite, and supportive. They patiently explained the process and guided me throughout, which helped me feel comfortable and reassured from the very beginning.
My therapist, Maria O’Brien, was exceptional. She was incredibly patient, calm, and understanding, and created a safe space where I felt comfortable being open and honest. She explained CBT concepts in a clear and practical way, making them easy to understand and apply to real-life situations.
The sessions were well structured, with a clear plan set out across the full 10 sessions. This structure helped me stay focused and accountable, and I could clearly see my progress over time. The tools and exercises Maria gave me were practical and realistic, and I genuinely noticed improvements as a result of using them. I always looked forward to our sessions and to practising the techniques between them.
Importantly, Maria helped me build confidence in myself and in my ability to manage anxiety independently. I now feel more equipped to recognise my thought patterns and respond to triggers using the tools I’ve learned, rather than feeling overwhelmed or fearful.
Overall, this was a very valuable and empowering experience. I’m truly grateful for the support I received and would highly recommend Onebright, and Maria in particular, to anyone considering CBT.

Therapy saved me
A massive thank you to Sadia for helping me through a difficult period in my life. Going through a bereavement triggered emotions I could no longer process alongside massive anxiety and OCD. CBT helped me understand my compulsions, and rationalise my thoughts and how to manage them during difficult periods. I am so glad I reached out and got the help needed.

My therapist Abi was superb. Abi was empathetic, non-judgmental and exceptional at helping me challenge my intrusive thoughts. My daughter was going through a really difficult time and I was struggling to know what to do. We booked some time with Jan in the hope Molly would open up and let her help and she did. I had 10 therapy sessions with Abi for anxiety, the quality of the sessions was very high. Abi was very accommodating and I came away very happy with the treatment I received. I only wish I had done it sooner.
