Same questions again and again, then because I want my claim to be handled by my actual insurance provider I get told I’ll be transferred and get cut off

First time I have insured with this company and I am so pleased with the professional way my claim has been dealt with. My car was hit by another driver whilst parked in a high street, I wasn’t even in the car, but everyone I have contact with has been helpful and thorough, I am so grateful for their support.

Sceptical at first about online usage but after having our car written off, they were quite efficient in an offer and paying us off, but did need prompting by online chat

I am having an awful experience with one call insurance.
My car has been written off,
I feel like I am being bullied into giving my bank details for an interim settlement before a settlement has been agreed. They are also saying I will be liable for the car hire if I do not give my bank details.
Will never use this insurer again

Car having to go a long way to garage and not closer to York. Courtesy car absolutely rubbish but did the job just.
