One Off Trades Reviews

The process was simple and smooth. The price was reasonable, I think. All done online.

Good quick service selling my shares, transfered the funds promptly, very professional, and easy online application.
Would highly recommend.

It was so easy to do a one off trade this way.

A super streamlined, no fuss process with a low fee...couldn't ask for more really! Would highly recommend

Having absolutely no knowledge of the company, nor sold any shares through this sort of service, I would thoroughly recommend One Off Trades. The online process was relatively straightforward, including ID verification. Their communication was excellent, making sure I knew what was happening at every step of the process, and settlement was very timely. I certainly appreciate their assistance in selling our shares and would definitely use them again. Thanks

I had some shareholdings that I needed to sell quickly that were not straightforward. Holly provided clear advice with steps to affect the sales.Communication was clear and efficient. The shares were sold within 2 days and funds remitted ti my account. I highly recommend the oneofftrades service.

I used One Off Trades for the first time to sell a parcel of shares I had received from a deceased estate.
Everything with One Off Trades went smoothly, everything was well documented and I received the money from the share sale into my bank account exactly as advised.
A five star recommendation for a 5 star job well done.
I would look nowhere else in future if I needed to sell another parcel of shares.

It was very easy to set up the service and sell my shares. Was happy with the trade fees as they are highly competitive.

As a first time trader, I found their service to be prompt and efficient. I also needed to make a phone enquiry and the lady support staff was extremely helpful.

Hey guys, I really loved the fast action in selling my shares that you made happen. I will definitely be back to sell more if I have to. Wishing you all a very merry Christmas and happy new year and stay safe, but enjoy

Probably the time frame wasn't the most accurate for same day sale but I gave 3 stars due to lack of correspondence I was the one following up as to whether the shares sold etc the same applied for day payment was due back again no correspondence until I sent them an email and found the email a bit blunt.

Easy, efficient process. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the ease of selling my shares using this website. They kept me up-to-date with my account status and the transaction only took a couple of days.

I had an excellent response to my share sale, even though it was a small transaction i was given a top service which was dealt with quick an efficiently, i will highly recommend you to any of my friends and family, thank you once again

Every thing was done professionally with only 2 things I was not totally happy about.
1. I was quoted a fee but when the invoice came it was plus GST. My bad for not checking but think GST inclusive prices should be told.
2. I placed my sale on a Monday and was told 2-3 days but I did not receive the money until the following Monday. (So 2-3 days for sale then wait until shares go into their account, then wait for next business day before money get's deposited into my account, then bank delay time.)
Overall happy but a little slow getting paid and I believe GST should be included in prices.

The format for documents was simple but thorough to complete. Shares were sold and funds deposited as stated. The entire exercise was aggravation free and went as outlined. Would use again.

The prompt service and the great help I received

Had my doubts about all one off share selling sites as I'm very wary of scammers. Chose One Off Trades after doing a fair bit of research. I must admit I was extremely surprised by the professionalism of the company and the fantastic customer service. Had a problem with the photo download section of the online process but they helped me work though it and finalize the paperwork. I opted for the 2-3 day sale but they sold the shares the next day at a premium price. Money was in my account 3 days later. Absolutely fantastic. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thanks to all at One Off Trades.

The whole process was smooth & efficient. I was kept informed regarding progress of sale & funds transferred per information provided.
